The accommodation was excellent and consisted of a Large Lounge/Dining Room with a well fitted Kitchenette area, a large bedroom with plenty of wardrobe space, a hallway with extra outdoor hanging rails and cupboard with shelving, toilet/shower room en suite of the bedroom with a second seperate toilet off the hall. There is a terrace just outside the Lounge area with outdoor seating. This apartment is of a very high standard, very clean, spacious and more than met all our needs.The breakfast, taken in the charming restaurant, was plentiful.The owners and staff where comfortably attentive and helpful. The owner speaks English. Dinner in the evenings, taken in the restaurant, was excellent and is highly recommended. Parking is plentiful. Internet connection is readily available in the main public/entrance/restaurant area. It would enhance the stay to have access to the internet in the rooms via one's own laptop but this is not a major issue for many people so is only a comment and should not detract from the overall most enjoyable stay at this excellent, well run and quiet establishment. |

Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, especially the owner, really lovely genuine people. Food was good, room massive and really clean. Also had a daypack in the room for us to use which was really helpful, plus staff gave lots of helpful info re: bus times etc. Also they provide free bus travel. |

The area was very nice and extremely close to Eagle's Nest and the Salt Mines. The head owner was very polite, and spoke perfect English. The breakfast was very nice, and the coffee was outstanding. The reception was in the restaurant, as well as having to walk through the restaurant to get to the rooms upstairs. The rooms were very hot with no fans, no air conditioning, no ice, no refrigerator, or any other facilities to speak of. For the price, it was very disappointing. |

Proximity to lake and to Ramsau (nice little village). Family room for 4 people. On a road. Room was ok, not as sparkling as the photos: a bit dated. Staff were not unfriendly but probably helps if you speak German (or better, Bavarian) here. Breakfast was not the best. Pricey compared to other places where we have had a better time. Overall, it was ok for one night but we would look elsewhere next time. |

The halfboard service was a very good treat. The location is very good if you travel by your own car--very convenience to visit Konigsee, Ramsau and Hintersee. |

The hotel staff were very good and always helpful the hotel was spotlessly clean and the rooms very good value for money. Food at hotel was excellent and we had a beautiful view from our balcony of the mountains that suround hotel. The hotel is next to a road which is reasonable busy in the day but goe's very quite after 10 pm and the hotel is very quite to around that ime No its is a very good hotel for the cost |

We stayed last year and enjoyed the atmosphere, and friendliness of this family run hotel.Communicatrion was no problem as between them the family spoke 'plenty 'of english.The overall service,friendliness, breakfasts and restaurant standards made us determined to visit again when next in the area which we managed to do this year. We were not disappointed. |

Very nice hotel and restaurant. Friendly atmosphere and good location for walking and trips nearby. Good Breakfast. Only stayed two nights but enjoyed the time there. We had difficulty finding the hotel as were were looking in Bischofsweisen which is some distance from the actual address. Not clear from our info and we were unable to download their personal map. A little unhappy with the feel of the matress which seemed to have a rubberised covering. |

Great Buffet Breakfast, very clean hotel, and good German dishs for dinner, great beer selections, and fabulous views from the rooms with decks, and nice touchs such as sky lights in the big rooms. Overall very friendly staff from the owner to the waitresses. a little road noise in the daytime, but not bad after 10 pm. |
