Family Friendly Cleanlliness
the breakfast was perfect! it was really nice and just loved that you had so much choice, was amazing and that you had pancakes was just the best perfect! the hotel was really clean and i liked it that you had a room for small kids to play, that was awesome too! well done :)
the pillow was too big it would be comfortable if it would have been a smaller size.
Other that cons noted everything is good
Wi-fi is very slow (basically non-existent) and restaurants are few km away
Location is excelent ( we arrived for visiting Lego Land ), good breakfast, clean.
There is no elevator
5 min from Legoland Kids friendly. Restaurant with a room next door with plenty of toys, legos etc...
A bit old, needs a refurbishment
Everything is adjusted to kids! Excellent food!
In contrast to one very nice and kind front office lady, the other one was very unpolite.
Big room, nice breakfast, playroom for children, perfect to visit Legoland, Augsburg or Ulm. In the rooms on the street side you can hear the noise from the cars , especially in the morning.
Nice breakfast! Playground for kids
A bit noisy (street)
- Friendly and family oriented staff. - Excellent food. - 10 min. from Legoland. - The treated my kids like "Kings and Queens", and that's a PLUS in my book! - Excellent outdoor area to eat and for the kids to play around. - Indoor play room for the kids. - Definitely will stay here again, and recommend it to others!
Room for 2 adults + 2 children
German meals Noise from close road Small toilette Weak WiFi signal
Room faced the street which was very busy and noisy during the night.
Clean Kids friendly Nice breakfast
No elevators No Air condition
Nice garden for the kids to play in, good breakfast. Very conviniently situated for visiting Legoland.
Nice garden for the kids to play in. little play room also for the kids.
Bathroom very, very small
Friendly staff, very kid and family oriented, though I think couples would enjoy as well. Great food, they even had several vegetarian options on the menu.
It was a very long walk from downtown to the hotel but it has a bus stop to Legoland in front of the hotel.
Great location for Legoland Very nice breakfast Great staff
Location and price for Legoland visitors is excellent. Very good breakfast, nice stuff (little "-" for waitress, who commented that we should declare type of check for dinner, before she brought it- no we didn't, she should ask, if it makes her difference!). Room could be cleaner, our was also pretty small, bathroom was micro size. Beautiful garden with lot of space, great for evenings. I recommend this hotel
This hotel is for the children. Good foods for dinner. Good breakfast. Very nice personnel,
The noise of the traffic from the street
Breakfast was excellent. Only sparling wine was missing :)
The hotel is situated near a very noisy street and the noise can't be avoided as the room does not have aircon and the only window needs to be open.
Very friendly staff, nice atmosphere, good for families travelling with children
Near to Legoland just less than 10 minutes away. Breakfast is good. Staff are kind and friendly.
It was scorching hot during our visit to Legoland and during our stay we had problem sleeping through the night because there was no aircon.
Good location close to Legoland. Our children enjoyed the outside play area.
No air conditioning so our room was quite hot and stuffy (it was 30 degrees during our stay). A couple of minor gripes: the hotel decor is very dated; and it would have been nice to have the option to eat breakfast outside instead of being stuck inside.
Perfect place to stay with children while visiting Legoland! Nice playground in a blossoming garden, also a playroom inside. A farm with a farm shop 100 meters away, a supermarket is also very close. 15 minutes walk to the town center. 5 minutes to Legoland by bus or by car. Quiet place. Very friendly and helpful staff.
The floor in our room was not very clean and there was dust in the wardrobe.
1. Close to Legoland 2. A very nice backyard where children can play while adults are busy 3. Free parking For a motel they do an outstanding job, but it is quite far from what normal people would call a Hotel. It is a want to be hotel.
1. Room in a separate building (sometimes with the front door locked on a key as a security precaution, as there are no hotel personel in that building) 2. Room in the loft (3rd floor stairs) 3. Room next to a fairly busy road 4. Room w/o AC or any ventilation at all, so if you don't want to suffocate you have to open a window, meaning that you will have to get used to the road noise 5. A very sharp and unpleasant smell in the room (due to ventilation issue I guess) 6. Our toilet broke (the water was running hence making noise). Front desk manager suggested to keep flushing in a special way until the water stops, however it didn't. We simply reconciled. 7. Breakfast is quite poor: no omlet or salads - was very disappointing. 8. When the front desk manger saw an infant at breakfast - she insisted on paying for the infant, and served a blanket and a cup of chocolate to him for the rest of our stay despite our requests to not do so. 9. Didn't find a boiler nor any sort of standard tea package in the room. The front desk manager offered to make a tea, but didn't say that it was not free. Found out about that at checkout. 10. At request to print something I was finally warned that I would have to pay .25 cents/sheet, and that was unpleasant, I mean at the price I pay for the room, with breakfast included - I do expect some extra services. 11. All conversations with front desk manager ended up with "Call booking.com and ask them" To summarize: There was a historacal precedent when Napoleon was passing through this town and did not pay for his lunch. This hotel makes me want to do the same thing.
Breakfast was not so good.
