“ Friendly staff. Optimal accomodation in a quiet place. We booked a family room for 4 people (2 adults and 2 children), but they give us two comfortable doouble room (at the same price). We have a good dinner at the restaurant of the hotel, and good breakfast. I suggest it. ”

Our stay was wonderful! The rooms were spacious, very clean, and beds very comfortable. Our dinner meal in the restaurant was first rate (we highly recommend the platter for two or more!) and we found dining with the two small children we had with us a real pleasure as child seating was made available and the staff and other guests were all "children-friendly." Great location for this hotel, close to many attractions. We would definitely stay here again!

Super freundliches Personal, richtig klasse! Nicht unautentsich oder aufgesetzt, sondern einfach herzlich und umsorgend! Toll! sehr kleines und einfaches Frühstücksbuffett, dass fand ich zu einfach und zu wenig Auswahl. kein Föhn im Badezimmer leider auch keine Steckdose im Bad, im einen Föhn anzuschließen

Hezký hotel na výhodném místě, čistý, fungující. Příjemný personál. Hotel Gasthof Kranz je podle mne hotel odpovídající své kategorii. Průměrné, starší vybavení, odpovídající stupeň opotřebení a vybavení. Pro přespání (v mém případě navíc v rámci služební cesty) dostačující.

- Freundlichkeit - Flexibilität (habe Gehilfe, der Besitzer hatte sofort eine Lösung gesucht das ich nicht die Treppe hoch steigen muss, in den 3. Stock) - Mitarbeiter sehr Hilfsbereit,freundlich. schade das es kein Internet hatte, vielleicht nur in den einigen Zimmer nicht, würde auch für 2-4 Euro für mehr bezahlen wenn ich Internet hätte, damit ich die nächste Hotels über Booking,com suchen, buchen kann.
