This is the worst hotel ever, we stayed aug 2009, the hotel takes second seat to the restaurant. When we tried to check in they told us to wait and we did and they kept serving drinks to customers. Then they told us they were to busy and we should come back later, the rooms are filthy, our bathroom had an exposed flourescent tube, mold all over the shower, stains on the carpet, stains on the curtains, windows that didnt open, no hotel security whatsover.. Because no one is ever at reception.when we tried to check out they said we had to wait because they were serving breakfast. Please dont stay here.. There are so many good hotels in lindau. This is your worst nightmare Bathrooms moldy, bathroom fan loud and squeaky, stains on carpet, no one at reception, unable to check in, unable to check out, place stinks of cigarette smoke |

The location was excellent right in the heart of Lindau island - and considering the location, I think it was very good value. The staff were very friendly and helpful. |

Spacious, good and had all the amenities required for a night stay. Excellent town centre location. The check-in counter was not manned. We had to wait for sometime till the concerned person who was also managing the restaurant came and checked us in. |

Das wertvollste ist die Lage = Fußgängerzone! Das Haus selbst ist sehr alt und historisch (altes Stift), es sollte mal renoviert werden. Das Preisleistungsverhältnis ist sehr in Ordnung. Das Hotel wurde vom Navigator TomTom nicht gefunden ("Tour nicht planbar"). Aber das ist ein "Fehler", den das Hotel nicht zu vertreten hat. |

Die Lage des Hotels ist gut. Das was es aber auch schon fast. Die Gardinen sind so dreckig, die wurden glaube ich noch nie gewaschen. Die Dielen quietschen bei jedem Schritt und das Bad ist sowas von klein, dickere Leute aufpassen. |

De ligging van het hotel tov de toeristische atracties. De afstandelijkheid van het management en personeel naar hun klanten is absoluut storend voor een leuke vakantie sfeer en de oubolligheid van de totale inrichting laat te wensen over. Verder een rommelig en slecht onderhouden accomodatie. |
