The premium room we booked was completely updated. Sparkling clean bathroom, granite shower walls and bathroom floor. Room is small, but normal size for Europe. Comfortable bed. Great location, close to train station. Easy to find.Good food in the restaurant. Nice buffet breakfast. |

This is a superb small family run hotel. The breakfast buffet was great with a nice range of different food and evening meals had large portions and really well priced, as well as being delicious!! You are also given a key to your room so you can come and go as and when you like. Which is great if you need to unload your shopping at anytime!! |

I found the staff/owners to be polite, kind, and very helpful. The location of the hotel was ideal..15 minute walk to/from the train station, and within the walls of the Altstadt. It needs some updates, however I believe the owners are working on this. It would be preferred to have internet access (wireless) available in the rooms. |

The hotel owner, Michael, was very friendly and helpful in every aspect. We enjoyed his family's hospitality. However, the rooms were OK, and certainly not very roomy or luxiurious. Overall, we would recommend this place to a friend. Showers, the room size, no TV. |

The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. And the location was close to both the station and the centre of the old town. The room I was in was a little grubby. Both carpet and rugs were stained. Also, the bathroom was very small and not well laid out. |

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Noisy, we felt we were put in a back old reneuvated dorm room. Noisy, not what it appeared to be in the description. We expected to be in a historic older building not a thrown together dorm room in another building probably built in the 50's. |

Good location, just inside of the wall, not deep into the city. Wireless internet connection was difficult to me to use. They told me that you can connect at ground floor, but I could not find available connection. |

This was a fun and charming hotel. Our 12 year old daughters loved having their own room. The beds were soft if you like soft - they were very soft. The breakfast was filling and had a good selection. We loved the hike up to the 3rd floor room. It was old, warm, and comfortable. We were awoken at 5:30 am by "road work" right under our window. And the water was shut off during the night sometime but was back on in time for showers at 7. We would have liked to know about the construction work so we could have gone to bed earlier and not planned on sleeping in. |

The hotel was 10 minutes walk from the train station and not far from the centre of town. The bathroom was on the smaill size and there was no TV in the room for night time relaxation. |

The owners could not have been nicer to us. They even let us use their phone to try to contact our daughter who was staying in Garmisch. Easy walking distance to the train station and within the city walls. No elevator and we were on the 3rd level but not too difficult to climb even with luggage |

Having parking place and convenience to get to the town center. Services and breakfast are good. The access to the room is not very nice and it is quite noise from the passing car on the nearby street. The wireless internet access is poor in the room and one need to go to the front area to get wireless access. |

Convenient as it is located in the old town, only walking distance to the shopping area The hotel is situated at the corner and near the gate, it's quite noisy at night as many cars pass through. No internet access from the room. |
