The credit card terminal didn't work. The bells of the church were noisy every 15 minutes

Adequate accomodation in the historic center of Partenkirchen, right on the Ludwigstrasse. Many traditional restaurants and shops nearby.

There is a very prolific bell on the church accross the street which does not stop even during the night. Especially in room facing that direction that may be annoying to some.

Central location was very good. There is an underground car park very conveniently located nearby. The food was very good and offered a good variety of choice for vegitarians.

The rooms looked like they need maintenance attention. The shower mounting rail in our room was broken and so was the main light in one of the bedrooms.

Staff were very friendly. Convenient to have a good restaurant there in the hotel. Room was big. Breakfast was very good and typical German- style buffet.

The room itself was clean but there was some mold in the shower. Parking was only available at a pay garage.

I thought the staff for brilliant along with the location and the value for money. Will definitely return.

what i write here, i really mean it. in thin place you really fell like home. they are so kind and friendly. the room is excellent. big with a big bathroom, has a small kitchen if you want to have some small food there. the breakfast is absolutely top. the location is best. there is a parking place close to the hotel (2minuts walk) and for a little price you can put your car there or if you want to take a bus, there is a bus stop just in 1 Minutes from hotel. for shopping there is a super market in 3 minuets walk. what every you need is close to you. i really enjoyed staying there and next time i will go discretely there. i recommenced this place to all my friends and i write here as well the best ever rating.

Location in the city near bus stops to take you to ski slopes. Good food, plenty of shopping. Large rooms, family friendly. Great view of mountains.

It was very nice location and the room were very large and clean.

It was right at the end of December and the heater radiators were shut down about midnight or so and after that the room was very cold but they would turn them back on about 6:00am again

The apartment was appropriate size for four. A breakfast was good.

The church bell aroused even sleeps with earplugs. Additional charge about extra bed, although it's not requested.

Loved this hotel and the staff impressed me very much. They were very accomadating. We arrived later than expected and had a booking.com blip so an extra bed was not in the room, they bent over backwards to get the bed into the room. Travel with small children in foreign countries is very hard due to unfamiliar food, at breakfast a completely different set of staff willingly helped with our instant food! and were very patient with our entire group. Loved the view out of our room down onto Altstadt Partenkirchen. We also enjoyed a late night snack sitting at the tables outside.

We prefer the full stand-up shower with a shower curtain. This was what we call a European shower - bath tub with a removable shower head.

Very friendly staff, good breakfast. Terrific location.

Great breakfast. We stayed in the apartment and it was very roomy.

Church across the street, bells were ringing early in the morning (6 am) for a long time.

The hotel is conveniently located in Garmisch. It is within walking distance of the Bahnhof and the major shopping streets. Upon arrivng we were sent to the restaurant's bar to checkin. The room was large and roomy. It was clean and comfortable enough for our family of 5. We were offered buffet breakfast in the morning. It was included in the cost of the room. The hotel staff was not over friendly but they were helpful and answered all our questions.

I had reserved a room for 5 but was booked for a room for 4. We had enoughg beds but when I checked out I was charged money for the "extra" buffet for two mornings. The overall cost of the room was more than I had anticipated. I would double check that upon arrival.

We absolutely loved the central location of the hotel as well as the friendliness of the staff. We visited over a holiday weekend, so if you are a light sleeper, the crowds drinking at the outside tables may keep you awake :)

The staff were accommodating of our requests (ie: we needed glasses for the room since we had our own drinks and they immediately offered to bring up some glasses for us). The breakfast was excellent and the meal we had at their restaurant was delicious. The staff at the restaurant was also extremely helpful and kind.

Very insignificant, but no wireless internet. They have wired, but I did not bring my cords.

We loved staying here! I read many reviews about the staff being unfriendly and rude. For my family, it was the exact opposite for us! They were very friendly, kind and helpful! The breakfast was VERY delicious!! In addition to the buffet, they make eggs cooked to order which are included in the price! We loved our stay! The location is great! All the little shops, eating, strolling the Cobblestone streets, are all right on the street of the hotel! They also have an air-conditioned parking garage you can park in for 24 hours for only 5 Euro. Also our room had a beautiful view!

The staff is great, this hotel is located in the hart of Garmisch Partenkirchen. I always enjoy my stay at this hotel. I will recommend my family and friends to stay here.

the location was good.

Room was decent size but many items were not in working order. For example: television, refrigerator, and only one plug in the room worked. If you advertise a room with tv and a refrigerator, we expect them to work. Upon check out we were told that the credit crad was down and had to pay in cash, as well.

отель не удобен для лыжного отдыха- далеко ж/д вокзал, впрочем остановка бесплатного автобуса за углом, в ста метрах.
