We arrived very late in the evening and were greeted by name at the front door. The staff showed us the family room which was very large, comfortable and met our needs. We woke up the next morning to an icredible view, great breakfast and smiling staff to start our day. |

the staff where very nice, the only problem we had was that there was no internet and no phone line, but the staff went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. and had no problem with the few requests we had :D |

The staff (especially Christin) was super friendly. Breakfast was made to order, the room (apartment) was beautiful. We stayed there with my parents and our 4 year old. Everyone felt very comfortable. I highly recommend it! |

Very good location. Nice atmosphere in downstairs area. Lovely town and area. Food generally quite good Terrible value for money over holiday period. Very poor security (our room had a previous attempt of break-in). Lack of services (fridge, tea/coffee, sauna, parking) considering very high room rate. Disruption from staff late in night to remove extra bed. Dated room, poor furnishings |

We stayed in one of the family rooms and was excellent. The restaurant has very good food in addition and was a great value for our family Zugspitze trip. Hotel and restaurant staff was very good. |

Close to church and restraunts. Within walking distance to downtown. Spacious. No wireless internet access. Had some confusion with a last minute change. I had talked to the manager about making a date change and I was under the impression they would not charge the 80% fee but they did. I understand that it was in writing and that it was their right so I didn't argue. |

Great place to stay to enjoy all that this region has to offer ... great breakfast. We have a large family and stayed in the apartment portion of the hotel very comfortably. They take a VAT form as well. |

Personal is very frendly. We've arrieved at 3 a.m. and the reception was opened. Rooms are clear and spacious. The hotel looks beatiful old authentic building. To inprove the breakfast. To heat the rooms better 'cause it was really cold towards morning. |

We loved our stay at Gasthof zum Rassen. We wished we could have stayed longer than one night. We were treated like royalty. Everyone was very nice and accommodating. The staff took care of our every need and answered every question. Our stay in Garmisch was wonderful because of this place and we would highly recommend it. We hope to return one day! |

The breakfast was very good. However not if you came down later in the service. The maid service in the rooms was perfect. The whole of the Hotel was in need of refurbishment. The rooms were extremely basic. There was not even a glass in the room. |

traditional german hotel, across street from church which rings bell on the hour but not during sleeping hours, which was so nice. Old traditional building, with many antiques throughout, really get the feel for being in Germany in the Alps here. Excellent, delicious traditional german cuisine in restaurant, prices comparable to others in area. The staff does not speak english very well, but they are extremely friendly and helpful, very nice people who care about their guests. |

the view of the Zugspitze was grand. the beds were comfortable and parking was cheap. the food was mediocre and the breakfast was nothing to write home about. If you speak German, then go ahead and stay, if nothing else is available. There was hidden costs involved, my 240 stay went to 300 in 2 days. |

the apartment was big,with most of the things we needed, with a balcony with a lovely view of the mountains; downstairs there was a restaurant, which was handy to have.Also very close to a bus stop.The boss of the place was very helpful with whatever we asked. The walls of the restaurant could do with a makeover and some stuff in the apartment had a cheap feel to it. |
