The location was convenient for us as we were just passing and needed to stay overnight. It was clean and warm. We had a triple room, but the space was rather convenient for a double room.

one of few places just off the autobahn east of Koln for a stop-over, reasonable accommodation and food, and quiet, once the trains stopped not much of a welcome - and service fairly slow, though it was a Saturday evening

I stay in a hotel at the Power Gen Ehibition Colougne 2012. Good value for money for services. Good food. Friendly and helpful staff. Suitable for overnight stays on a long journey. I recommend.

Traditional German food with massive portions and typical old building which we expected and like. Owners were very friendly and nearby are two underground caves which are well worth a visit. Good value for money.

Wir waren von der super -kinderfreundlichen und sehr familiären Art ganz begeistert. Es war ein tolles und erholsames Wochenende. Wir werden ganz bestimmt wieder hinfahren. Absolut empfehlenswert und saugemütlich. Man fühlt sich wirklich sehr Willkommen.:-)

Wat wij als bijzonder hebben ervaren is de persoonlijke benadering. Deze zeer vriendelijke gastheer en gastvrouw doen er alles aan om het verblijf zo plezierig mogelijk te maken. Wij waren met de motor een toertocht aan het maken en ze keken speciaal voor ons wanneer en waar het ging regenen. Ook de kamer werd afgestemd aan onze wensen. Het eten was heerlijk en helemaal niet duur. Echt een aanrader!!!! We hebben niet echt iets wat ons tegen is gevallen. Alleen qua bouw is het pand wat ouder en heeft lage plafonds in het restaurant/bar gedeelte en een aantal kamers. Ze hebben ook kamers met wel een hoog plafond en die kregen wij omdat we lange(re) mensen zijn, dus ook dat is weer positief. ;)

Der Gasthof befindet sich in einem sehr kleinen Dorf mit schöner Landschaft. Die Gastzimmer sind in einem neu renovierten Haus und sehr sauber. Ausstattungen sind auch neu. Sehr zu empfehlen ist das Restaurant. Das Essen ist sehr lecker und auch sehr günstig mit Höhstem Preis-Leitungs-Verhältnis, das ich vorher noch nirgendwo in Deutschland gesehen habe. Der Stausee sieht nicht so sauber aus, was auch nicht so schlimm ist. Unseres Reiseziel war Köln, deshalb war die Lage des Gasthofs nicht so ideal, 46km von Köln entfernt. Aber mit dem Auto kommt man auch gut an.

Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer war ordentlich und sehr sauber, ebenfalls das Badezimmer. Das Essen im Gasthof war spitze und vorallem frisch gekocht. Nochmals ein dickes Kompliment an den Koch. Frückstück war reichich und lecker. Wir würden jederzeit wieder hinfahren.

Heel vriendelijke mensen tegen iedereen en niet alleen tegen ons. heel behulpzaam. Gemoedelijk restaurant met een eenvoudige doch overdadige keuken die niet duur was. Vorstelijk ontbijt. Gewoon prima. Prijs-product-verhouding is prima.Uitvalsbasis voor keulen als het verkeer niet zo vreselijk filegevoelig was richting keulen.
