the distance from downtown. bare bones dorm like rooms. It is sports complex so the rooms are geared to youth staying for sports activities.

Shared bathrooms. Also the rooms are directly above a busy restaurant which doesn't really quiet down until around 2300.

the cleanliness of the toilets, they were filthy, the shower doors didnt close, showers were run down and filthy, no toilet in vicinity of room meant a trip in your underwear down the corridor at night...if you dared. The rooms were very noisy banging doors all night, very expensive for a hotel, in my opinion its not a hotel have stayed in better hostels, the facilitles were none existant, a chinese restaurant if you dared to eat there, the location was appaling miles from anywhere, if you want to stay here, dont, find somewhere else tostay no matter what you pay.

I went for the Oktober Fest, and it was quite far from it, but close to the subway station.

Very unfriendly service. Way out of town location is very difficult to find.

Room was clean, good wifi access. Short (15min) walk or bus to train station then 15-20 min on the train into town center.

(communal) Bathrooms not very clean, doors did not lock in showers with half of showers out of use. This is the same for both male and female. Curtains on windows poor, not fully covering window. Beds not comfortable, you can feel the springs. Place is like an average to poor backpackers. V expensive but we were there for Oktoberfest so it was expected.

There starff was very friendly and supportif, and the Hotel is rearly close to the city. I like that the Hotel was near by to a sports ground, so there where lots of activities. There right place for a family. I liked the Chinese and German food the Hotel offert to there guest. And the bus conactiion near the Hotel are good.

I liket every thing in the Hotel, Thery are working very hard to ceap the Hotel ranning. It wouldet be fair to leaf bad comments. The hotel mai could increase there rooms, and they mai could sevice breakfast to there guest.

The hotel is a kind of hostel. Wash stand in the room only. Toilet and shower are in the corridor. Pretty budget.

Clean room with nice view on a green sport field. Very quiet neighbourhood with quic acces to bus.

Showers should be renovated. Only one out of three was working. The whole place looks like a dorm

The toilets and bathrooms were terribly dirty and it seemed nobody cleaned for several weeks. The beds were not comfortable and nobody clean the rooms during your stay. There was no curtain for window and no electricity for TV.

It is an awful place to stay. The bathrooms were terribly dirty and it seemed nobody cleaned for several weeks. Shockingly, the staff started working at 11 am. They could start earlier and kept busy with cleaning their guesthouse rather than sleeping. I never recommend this place to others since it is waste of money and more importantly waste of your valuable leisure time.

Location was slightly too far out from the center, however there is a train station 5 mins away.

Very good transport from hotel to center - just 20 minuts. Clean shower and toilets. Park beside.

I expected there is an television but it wasn't and last night i asked to manager about TV (because it was middle of Euro2012 league) he gave me a TV but remote controller didn't work
