Walking distance to parks and to the city center and to the river Elbe. Good design. Hotel staff during the breakfast (which is a fantastic buffet) is not up to the standard the hotel does represent |

Cool design, nice ambiance, very spacious, attentive, polite and discreet service, great restaurant, easy access to airport. The heat! In the summer the hotel gets very hot and it is not comfortable o sleep. I do not like air conditioning as it is usually noisy however i think you need to do something about the temperature in the hotel. I have friends who will not stay at the Gaswerk only bocause it gets too hot, otherwise they like the place. |

Serviceleistung auch zu sehr später Stunde (22.30) 3-Gängemenü super, Abwicklung des Eincheckens und Auscheckens ebenso. Nicht genügend Kuchenangebot, da in Nachbarschaft Designermarkt war. Kellner war höflich aber überfordert. |

Fremragende service/sødt personale, stort velindrettet værelse, ro og æstetik, velvære, bekvemmelighed. Måske et lille musikarrangement (bossanova, jazz, lounge...?) der tiltrækker såvel hotellets gæster som lokale byboere. |

hervorragend eingerichtetes hotel mit allem, was man braucht: super frühstück, ein tolles, wenn auch nicht billiges gourmet-restaurant im hause, ein spa-bereich, der seinesgleichen sucht. hier gibt es alles, außer einem schwimmbad. wirklich toll. sehr freundliches personal. sehr gutes preis-leistungs-verhältnis. für städtereisen, erholung und business wirklich zu empfehlen. die lage zur innenstadt ist mit dem auto nicht optimal. ca. eine halbe stunde sollte man einplanen (inkl. parkplatzsuche). |

Grunsätzlich alles! Vom Empfang an der Rezeption, über die wirklich traumhaften Zimmer, bis hin zu dem wirklich erstklassigen Retaurant und der tollen Cocktail-Bar. Grosses Lob an dieser Stelle nochmal an das gesamte Personal. |

Arkitekturen, hotellet var bygd i restene av et gammelt gassverk, og man hadde forent det opprinnelige med det nye og topp moderne på en veldig fin måte. Dessuten var restauranten og generelt fellesarealene veldig fine. Man kunne lagt litt mer til rette for de som reiser med små barn, ikke mye, bare litt. |
