The staff was very friendly, the location is very good, close to restaurants, stores, coffee shops and turist atractions. The room was very clean also. The room we stayed in was a little bit noisy in the early morning. Nothing special, though.

People very professional. It really works 24 hours a day (The reception guys were there all the times we needed them). They should find a way to put a mirror in front of the sink, to make easier to shave and for women make-up.

Really good selection for breakfast and conveniently located to central city sites and to the rail service Reception staff not overly friendly . No coffee making facilities in room . Modern but impractical cupboard storage design

great breakfast for 10 euros. The rooms were too small and the actual size couldn't be detected from their web page. The underground was under construction and has been for a year, makes it difficult to get to the hotel from the main station with luggage in tow.

Everything was great, great location right near Checkpoint Charlie, close to Metro stations, friendly staff. Very funky hotel. At the end of our stay as we were checking out and one staff member said to the other staff member in German if we speak German, the other staff member said no, so the first staff member said "oh Good" in German and began to speak and laugh in German.

Clean, functional fantastic location. The breakfast is great too! The colour scheme is a bit cold so I don't think I'd like to to stay here for more than a few days.

Comfortable in good location. Excellent breakfast. Friendly Bar. Near city centre but fairly quiet area. Usual lack of tea & coffee facilities in room outside of the UK.

I liked everything!! Staff was extremely nice, always helpful. The hotel has a perfect location. Clean, modern bedroom. Breakfast is a bit expensive (10 euros per person). I found a good breakfast near the hotel for 5!

The cool design of the place, possibility to rent bikes and park your car overnight. Lovely breakfast and nice bar in the evening. Perfect location for a weekend trip to Berlin.
