This family-run, 3-star hotel in the Franconian town of Bad Neustadt offers free Wi-Fi, soundproofed rooms, and free entrance to the Triamare spa. This is just 330 yards away. The non-smoking rooms of the Stadthotel Geis feature a bright design, cable TV channels, and modern bathrooms. A free bottle of mineral water is provided upon arrival. A rich breakfast buffet is available at the Geis. In the evenings, local beers and other drinks are served in the hotel bar or on the Stadthotel's summer terrace. Location just outside the gate to the old city. I enjoyed the swimming place just a couple blocks away. Great breakfast and nice staff. Lobby smells of smoke but the rooms are ok.

Tolle familiäre Athmosphäre, sehr freundlicher Empfang und super Ausstattung, zu akzeptablen Konditionen. Alles zu vollster Zufriedenheit. Der Geruch nach Rauch im Foyer war etwas merkwürdig, hatte es aber vorher in den anderen Bewertungen gelesen.

Wij hadden een bussiness room, mooie ruime kamer en erg schoon. Het hotel ligt op nog geen 5 min lopen van de altstadt, waar je heerlijk kunt eten bij gasthauf. Ontbijt in het hotel goed voor elkaar. Het is in een gezellige ruimte, niet te groot opgezet maar huiselijke sfeer. De bedden lagen goed, dus heerlijk geslapen. Aanradertje. Jammer eigenlijk dat je niet in het hotel zelf kan eten savonds.

Gute Lage mit Parkplätzen, freundlicher Empfang, sauberes und zweckmässig eingerichtetes Zimmer mit "Sitzecke", ebenso das Badezimmer, sehr sauberer Teppichboden, dazu noch Badepantoffeln für jede Person, reichhaltiges Frühstück. In jedem Fall zu empfehlen!

Wurde am Abend 2 Tage nach meinem Besuch Privat zuhause angerufen. Nachfrage wann ich meine Rechnung bezahle/schon bezahlt habe. Laut Rechnung hätte ich die Rechnung erst 1Woche später zahlen müssen. Hatte sie aber schon längst bezahlt. Wenn meine Frau am Tefefon gewesen wäre!!!! Werde dieses Hotel nie wieder buchen. Und wenn soetwas noch einmal vorkommen sollte, ihren Service dann auch nicht mehr.
