Hotel Gelber Hof  

My wife and I spent3 great days in the hotel. The room was clean and cozy. The breakfast was real good. The buns and assortment of meat was great. And the sweets were fresh and tasty. The owner was great and went out of his way to do everything for us. I would stay there again and would also tell people to book there also.we really enjoyed our stay.MR.&MRS Leon krystek erie. The location was good.

The receptionist told us the hot water will only come on after 6.30pm. Went for a shower at 7.30 and no hot water. He says he will switch it on. In the morning, no hot water at 8.00. Again, we had to ask him to switch it on. No heating on, threadbare sheets, cobwebs on ceiling. Hotel overpriced on booking.com. All other hotels in this one street town charging less.

Bacharach is a beautiful town along the Rhein and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Unfortunately we think we were the only guests in the hotel this night, and the restaurant wasn't open (early in season). But it was a short beautiful walk through the old town to find a wonderful restaurant in another hotel (which had we known about we'd probably have preferred staying there instead) which was closer to the river. The manager was extremely helpful and the breakfast was especially good.

отличное месторасположение: в центре города, шум от жд дороги не слышен. радушные русские хозяева. чистый просторный номер. для пары с маленькими детьми актуально: наличие детской кроватки и стульчика для кормления. понравился традиционный уютный интерьер самого отеля с множеством интересных деталей старинных и не очень.

Очень приветливый персонал, говорящий по-русски. Прекрасный бар с камином. Недалеко от центра города и местных достопримечательностей. Тихий и уютный.

Нормальная парковка только до 8 утра. После надо переставлять машину.

Het ontbijtbuffet was prima. Van alles was er genoeg, Ruime kamer en de bedden waren uitstekend.

Great breakfast

Very pleasant and helpful staff. Rooms clean and neat. Nice quiet location in Bacharach within walking distance of everything. Older style German hotel.

very clean, duvets on beds, excellent breakfast. management didn't speak a lot of english, but tried their best to communicate... with a little knowledge of german, we got by.

no wifi. found it was more expensive than other accommodation we found around the town after getting there. wasn't a lot of choice given by bookings.com for accommodation in Bacharach, unfortunately, so took what we could find even though it was more expensive than we wanted. It said on bookings.com that we were getting one of the last rooms, but when we got there, we never saw another guest! Felt like we were the only ones there... strange feeling.
