Very friendly staff and excellent breakfast. Large room was really good shower. Not expensive and in a really nice town. Only TV in English was CNN! |

It was convenient All of the staff appeared to be unaccustomed to dealing with guests. They were unable to accept payment by credit/debit card, which caused some embarassment as this was how I expected to pay for our stay. |

Second time in two years we've stayed here and they seemed to have at least partially resolved the parking situation from last year. Once again, the staff was very helpful, courteous and knowlegeable. |

L'accueil du personnel. Le préposé à l'accueil a tout fait pour rendre notre séjour agréable. Aide au transport de nos bagages, entreposage des vélos, bière à la chambre, possibilité d'appeler au Canada gratuitement. Un des bons hôtels lors de notre passage le long du Rhin et de la Moselle. Félicitations! |

La réservation précisait:petit déjeuner buffet, il n'y avait qu'un petit pain rassis par personne, une fine tranche de fromage et une petite tasse de café trés trés leger...!je pense qu'il faudrait améliorer la qualité du petit déjeuner! |

Hotel is weliswaar schoon en netjes, maar niet "gezellig". De " schwung" lijkt er een beetje uit. Personeel (eigenaar ?) komt ongeinteresseerd over. Hoewel overal in het hotel staat aangeplakt dat om 8.00 uur ontbeten kon worden was men hoogstelijk verbaasd dat wij ons rond die tijd meldden. Het ontbijt zou pas om 9.00 uur mogelijk zijn. Op aandringen toch om 8.15 uur kunnen ontbijten. |

部屋の天井がとても高くて、気持ちよかったです。また、部屋が広くてうれしかったです。ドライヤー、アメニティー関係はほとんどないですが、しょうがないと思えました。朝食のビュッフェも、ヨーロッパのわりには、よかったです。駐車場があると書いてありましたが、行ったらないと言われました。でも、インターネットにあると書いてあったと言ったら、駐めさせてくれました。ご主人がとても感じがよかったです。 |

Die Brötchen zum Frühstück waren sehr gut, das war es aber auch schon. Sehr marode Ausstattung. Dunkel, Überputzrohre, schmutziges Bad. Kein Restaurantbetrieb wie angegeben. Unfreundliches Personal. Das ganze Hotel ist sanierungsbedürftig. |

heel vriendelijke baas en personeel , helpen je heel graag , zeer beleefd , simpel maar goed ontbijtbuffet, heel proper . prijs kwaliteit is goed , prachtig romantisch stadje , oud maar proper hotel Check out , niemand wist hoe wat om te betalen ; Personeel kan alleen Duits wat voor mij geen probleem was maar zou kunnen voor bepaalde mensen . |

Die Gastgeber waren supernett. Durch das Kopfsteinplaster hört man vorbeifahrende Autos extrem, so dass man schlecht schlafen kann. Das gilt aber für fast alle Hotels in dem Ort, da sie fast alle an den beiden Durchfahrtsstraßen liegen. Außerdem war das Bad ziemlich schäbig. |
