No té un gran lobby (tampoc li fa falta) però això és compensat amb la comoditat de les habitacions i la quantitat d'establiments interesants que hi ha pel voltant. |

Location is perfect! Price is a bit to high for the provided services. I had business room with leather interior and leather smell was very tough, I had to open window every time before going to bed. |

Friendly and helpful staff. Great location really close to the u-ban and within walking disatnce of a lot of tourist attractions. Hotel and room were clean. |

We had the penthouse suite, and hence enjoyed fabulous views. The location is perfect, the staff are very friendly and obliging, and the breakfasts are of excellent quality. Furthermore, after discovering that it was our anniversary, the hotel gave us a bottle of bubbly! A bonus is that the hotel is right next to Rausch and Fassbender (chocolates that you can also try in the hotel). :-) Perfect! |

the hotel is cosy, very quiet, excellently located. Staff are nice and helpful. rooms are small, for the price category you would expect something larger. Bathrooms are ok but also quite small and "standard". |

Nice personnel, nicely brand new designed room, free wifi access, great area with many restaurants, close to the main touristic spots, not far from my conference center... The perfect hotel for my stay in Berlin. |

The location and the breakfast are excellent. When I arrived at 23:30 the hotel room was cold as a refrigerator. The central heating did not work. In the next morning, it still was freezing cold. I complained to the receptionist at 8:30 when leaving the hotel. She said that they had had problems with more rooms and would send a technician. Coming back in the evening at 18:00, the heating was still not working. I complained again. Entering my room at midnight, the situation was unchanged and stayed like that until my departure. I found a letter saying that I could change the room as there was a problem with the heating. Somewhat late after 2 days. When checking out, the receptionist would not care to make a single gesture like offering a breakfast, obviously annoyed that I complained. |

I loved everything. Room was spacious, really nice decorated and comfortable. Bathroom was also perfect. Breakfast was really good, with a lot of different food (tropical fruits, waffles, apfelstrudel...). Staff was nice and helpful. As it was Easter, we had every night some chocolates in our room. We also received a welcome cocktail and a room upgrade for free... Next to Stadtmitte metro station, with a lot of restaurants and bars. Honestly, the best hotel I haver ever been for a reasonable price. I would suggest this place to everyone who wants to visit Berlin. |

The hotel best asset was that it has a very central location in Berlin close to one of the most beautiful place in Central Berlin (Gendarmplatz). Another good point is the modern and good-taste design of furniture in the hotel. It was not baby-friendly in particular in the restaurant and rooms are not fully equiped as we could expect for this class of hotel (4 stars, high price): I would expect a water boiler within the room and free coffee / tea. |

perfect location in the city center, so it is very convenient for sightseeing, beautiful design of the hotel, nice staff, I got a room on the top floor according to my special wish. Unfortunately, I was charged a higher price for the room than guaranteed on booking.com, which shouldn't happen. |
