L'Hotel Gendarm nouveau està situat al barri de Berlín-Mitte, a només 200 m de la parada de metro de Stadtmitte i del carrer comercial de Friedrichstraße. És de destacar, d'una forma gratament positiva, el confort, la situació i la tranquil.litat que ofereix. Aquests són uns aspectes que agraeixes quan vols fer una sortida de 4 dies per gaudir de la gastronomia, dels paratges i de l'espectacle que et pugui oferir qualsevol ciutat. El tracte és correcte, però extremadaemnt apàtic.

It was small and simple, yet they pay great attention to details. Room and hotel were exceptionally clean. Room had little details that made the stay very pleasant, like nice shower, pretty bathroom, comfortable beds, automated blinds. There wasn't much closet/bureau space. This may have just been a difference between American and European standards. Room was smaller than we are used to as well.

The hotel rooms have recently been renovated and are spacious. It is excellently situated in one of the most beautiful squares in Berlin; Ideal for sightseeing and very close to the shopping district. The rooms, although darkly decorated, are large and elegant. The chocolates in the lobby are fabulous ;) - they come from the store right next door.We recommend this hotel. Ideal for business travel. The amenities of the hotel are rather limited - No spa, sauna, gym, etc. And the lobby is pretty small. This could be a problem if you plan to stay for long periods in Berlin and the weather happens to be bad.

Great location. Bed should have one large mattress and not two smaller beds pushed together. There should be bsth robes avaiable. The tea/coffee facilities were nor properly stocked.

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Gendarm, we decided to upgrade to the penthouse suite which we thought was excellent value for money: bath tub in the room, sitting area, three big windows with a view onto the square and the Berlin skyline. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly with local info, directions, restaurant reservations. Pay for movies in English would have been an added bonus.

Amazing location. Walking distance to main sights. Plenty of restos in the neighborhood. Great, stylish room with view on Gendarmenmarkt. 10 meters away from the metro station. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Modern and fashionable fitting out and furniture The door of the shower cabin was blocked, and since I arrived late in the evening and had to leave ar 8.00 in the morning, I could take a shower.

Great location on beautiful Gendarmenmarkt, wonderful design of hotel, quiet and comfortable rooms. Excellent service, was even upgraded because no more rooms at the price booked remained. A pleasure staying there! Everything was great.

Extremely pleasant and helpful desk staff. Room was large and well- appointed. Excellent location for touring Berlin. Air conditioning is available only from the fifth floor up.

“El hotel es estupendo, el confor de las habitaciones, al menos la que nos asignaron a nosotros ha sido muy buena. Teníamos una habitación con sala aparte maravillosa, con todo lo necesario, las camas muy cómodas, la limpieza impecable, el baño un poco reducido, pero bien y también un poco reducido los productos de la cestilla del neceser, pero superable. El personal muy amable, intentando en todo momento entender lo que necesitabas. El hotel muy luminoso, con habitaciones muy luminosas,bien ventiladas, exteriores y super tranquilo. Nada de ruido.
