Very good location, kind staff, clean and comfortable room! The last day, when I left the hotel to my country, I forgot my jacket in my room. I phoned and asked the staff to bring it to the airport. But she said she couldn't because she is the only staff in the hotel at that time. I gave up my jacket because I didn't have enough time to go back to the hotel. It may be natural with small hotels, but if she managed to bring it to me, I would give full score (10). |

Very comfortable Hotel in excellent central location. Extremely friendly and helpful, multi-lingual staff. The provision of coffee making facilites would make this Hotel almost perfect! |

The location was convenient, the room clean. I appreciated the tourist information available in the room, with suggestions on what to do and a selection of places were to eat. I left in the afternoon and it was no problem to leave luggage at the reception after check out. Internet connection charges were very high - there is a computer available from the hotel but you have to pay also for using this. Several services are available but prices are not indicated... you have to ask for them (almost none is for free). Ventilation in the room is a bit noisy. |

Highest marks for this hotel, very easy from airport and all areas of beautiful Berlin, this hotel has the best book of local guidance that we have found in any place all over Europe, well done, very good staff on front desk, always willing to help, made for a very enjoyable short stay in Berlin. Would stay here again any time. |

居室・バスルーム（バスタブはない）ともに広くて清潔。ホテルの廊下も明るく清潔な雰囲気。UバーンSta- dtmitte駅まで徒歩５分くらい。目抜きショッピングストリートにも近く、朝食はそちらにあるサンドウ- ィッチショップでとりました。 ヒルトンホテルの駐車場を使うことになっているのだが、そのことがわかりにくかった。 |

Das Hotel ist sauber und das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.Außerdem ist die Lage des Hotels für eine Städtereise sehr günstig. Von einem 4-Sterne-Hotel habe ich etwas mehr Komfort erwartet. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, aber nichts besonderes. |

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral. Abends hat man noch die Möglichkeit gemütlich einzukehren. Mein Zimmer lag zu einer Hauptverbindungsstraße. Dies ist natürlich nachts auch unüberhörbar. Ich hatte außerdem Schwierigkeiten, die Klimaanlage einzustellen. Vielleicht sollte das Personal die Gäste da einweisen. |

Lo mejor del hotel es su situación que te permite visitar muchos de los centros de interés turístico a pie y está cerca de zons de ocio donde se puede cenar y tomar una copa. Es tranquilo. Hacía demasiado calor en las habtaciones y olía a tabaco. Indican en los folletos que hay una sala con ordenadores a disposición de los clientes pero e indicaron que estaba roto. |

Keurig net hotel met ruime kamer en goede bedden. Geen overdreven luxe, alles gewoon goed geregeld en verzorgd. Locatie centraal ten opzichte van bezienswaardigheden in Mitte. |

Det motsvarade inte riktigt förväntningnarna på 4 stjärnor. Trodde det skulle vara flottare med lobby. Det jag framförallt saknade var möjlighet till internet om man inte själv hade dator med sig. |
