Hotel staff were excellent. Rooms were very comfortable.

Given the amount paid for the trip, I was amazed that Internet (wifi) access was not free. I was required to go to a cafe round the corner for this service. In today's culture, this particular item is enough for me to not recommend it (unless major discounted price). Rooms were very hot. It is not clear that having the air-con at 16 degrees is still too hot. We tried every temperatrure on various nights. Others in our group had the same issue.

Excellent central location; convenient for the gendarmenmarkt Christmas Market which is directly opposite the Hotel. Wonderfully quiet and peaceful inside the Hotel. Friendly efficient staff.

The rooms have an interconnecting window between the bedroom and bathroom - the window looks directly onto the toilet! Whoever designed this aspect is just plain weird! Breakfast is wonderfully prepared and presented but the €28 per person charge is outrageous - surely if they charged less more people would take breakfast!

Good rooms, comfort, quiet despite central location

The gym could be better. one or two more running machines and cycles would be welcome.

Location, access to main sites in Berlin was excellent. Staff were very helpful and could not be more attentive to customer needs.

The price was quite high for room only, no Breakfast included. Would like to see the same price to include Continental Breakfast.

Great location superb staff and the rooms were large and very comfortable nothing was to much trouble for the for the staff.

The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. It is in a great location.

I was staying with a girlfriend and I requested that we had two twin or double beds with my reservation. Apparently, they don't have two twin beds in the entire hotel. This is something that a person should be aware of prior to booking and then have the option of booking two separate rooms.

Hotel situated in one of Berlin's most beautiful squares. Walking distance to all sights and museums. Cafes, restaurants and good shopping on your doorstep.

Excellent central location, friendly and helpful staff, comfortable bed, in-room Nespresso machine. Clean and well-designed bathroom with gorgeous Hermes Orange Verte toiletries plus all the little things like cotton buds, shower caps, etc.

Decor is a bit masculine. Curtains are thin and let morning light in. Regular rooms are on the small side, but I had a suite so this was not a problem.
