Well located, with design style. Staff was quite helpful. In general a comfortable place to stay that I would recommend. The hotel needs to improve its internet service. For whatever reason, I had difficulty through most of my stay. It appears to be the outside service's issues. |

especially the situation of the hotel very close to all major tube lines and the view on the gendarmenmarkt i was disappointed of the size of the room, which should be about 23 m2. it was rather narrow. |

Great service. Fantastic breakfast. The staff was very attentive to our needs as a family travelling with a small baby. The rooms are very stylish. |

Very enjoyable stay. We arrived in Berlin on an early morning flight and didn't expect to access the room until the afternoon, however the staff changed our room so that we able to check in immediately without being asked. |

Great location, friendly front desk staff. Partner raved about her massage. Interior decoration just didn't work for us. It's funky beyond need, and not in a cool way, and definitely not in a functional way. |

Zentrale Lage in Berlin Mitte, alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten fußläufig erreichbar.Top Service (incl. valet parking). Gut ausgestattetes Zimmer in gutem Zustand (das Hotel ist ja schon ein paar Jahre alt). Angenehmer Spa-Bereich. |

Otimo atendimento, hotel de classe. Os armários são compactos, estávamos em 2 pessoas e ficou um pouco apertado. O mesmo para o tamanho do quarto. O banheiro é um pouco escuro. |

La situación del hotel es muy buena y permite acceder fácilmente a lo mejor de la ciudad. Al haber reservado una suite, la estancia ha sido muy agradable. La categoría del restaurante aigner está en mi opinión sobrevalorada. En España no se correspondería con la de un restaurante de un hotel de cinco estrellas. |

A localização é excelente, dá pra fazer tudo a pé! Inclusive a saída dos ônibus para o city tour fica na praça em frente ao hotel. O café da manhã é muito caro e não vale o preço; caminhe por 10 minutos até uma Starbucks e coma lá. O ar-condicionado não esfriava o quarto (ainda bem que o tempo estava fresco). O colchão era um pouco velho e precisava ser trocado. |
