Got upgrade to a larger room (for disable.) Everything is nice in the hotel. Location is great. Lot of great resteraunts around the hotel. Rooms are small. I got a chance to look into a regular room. It is tiny!

Hotel staff were excellent. Rooms were very comfortable. Given the amount paid for the trip, I was amazed that Internet (wifi) access was not free. I was required to go to a cafe round the corner for this service. In today's culture, this particular item is enough for me to not recommend it (unless major discounted price). Rooms were very hot. It is not clear that having the air-con at 16 degrees is still too hot. We tried every temperatrure on various nights. Others in our group had the same issue.

It's centrally located in Mitte region, right next to the xmas market. The 24-hour gym is an amazing feature that we can jog early in the morning before heading out to sight-seeing. The staff there are all very helpful and nice.We enjoyed the buffet on Dec 24 at the Aigner Restaurant very much. We love the rain-shower feature too and free wifi service. It would be nice to have a heater-pot for hot water and coffee/tea packs. If there's hair conditioner provided along with shampoo, then it would be nicer.

Awesome location Central to all the major attractions, all within walking distance Double bed ( which is hard to find in Germany, why is this?) The Gendarmenmarkt!! Some nice restaurants nearby Friendly front desk In room entertainment, multimedia, have to say Sofitel have a very good system, probably the best I have seen Small rooms for the price ( but then it had everything I needed ) paying for wifi, in a hotel this expensive

Great location superb staff and the rooms were large and very comfortable nothing was to much trouble for the for the staff. The rooms were to hot hot and we had no control over the tempreture we had to sleep with the windows open every night

“I had a wonderful stay at this fabulous hotel - very central, close to the underground and buses. The 109 from and to the airport Tegel is very close by. The meal I had in the hotel restaurant was incredibly good, so too the breakfasts, and the 30 euro bonus for each day of my stay was fantastic.
