Excellent location within comfortable walking distance to Brandenberg Gate, Museum Island and many other major tourist attractions. Very friendly staff who are always available to assist with queries. We stayed in a 4 bed dorm, it wasn't huge but spacious enough, comfortable beds and individual powerpoints for everyone to be able to charge their phones, as well as pullout storage locker underneath the bed. Breakfast was typical continental breakfast (cereals, breads, yoghurt, sliced sandwich meat, cheese, tea, coffee, milk etc.), great value if you are a big eater and not too fussy!
No major complaints! Toilet needs an air freshener IMO.
The staff was helpful, the rooms were nice, the beds were good. Everything was great. Everything is nearby.
Clean and small room, bring your shampoos
Very comfortable bed and nice staff.
It is very confusing building and sometimes difficult to find your room.
The location of the hostel was optimal: We never used public transportation once; walked everywhere to see the city in the meantime. Yes, it is far from neighbourhoods like Kreuzberg and Neukölln but you can easily rent a bike from the hostel for the day to see them(which would be my recommendation rather than taking a train). Very friendly staff, you can always find someone to help you with a smiling face. I've been to a lot of hostels in a lot of cities and I can say that this was among the best.
I did not like the fact that we had to pay for the locks of closets.
Very noce area and cozy decoration.
Bethroom was quite smelly to the point that it was very unpleasant to go in.
Really helpful staff, comfortable, spacious rooms. Breakfast is not included, but it's not expensive and it's very abundant. Very good place to stay!
Staff was very helpful. Bed is very comfortable with individual sockets and bed lamp and the room was clean and neat most of the time. Really wished I could stay longer there :).
Two of the elevators weren't working and with only one it was almost like an labyrinth to find the room, the hostel is huge.
The sofa of breakfast lounge.
The Rooms cleaning is terrible and breakfast too. The hostel was very noisy and full. The staff is bad. Not compensates the price and location, because the Meininger, on the side, is better.
Modern, arty design. Walking distance to major attractions and public transport. Basic but satisfying breakfast. All in all, I will come back. I know what to expect next time, and what should I bring.
It is Berlin's most famous street for "night ladies". Quite loud in the morning, when staff starts to clean. Only basics are included, every little other detail needs to be paid extra, so the amount of spending a night there can be higher than expected. Rooms quite tiny and no space whatsoever for any stuff, no drawers, shelves nothing, all lying all over the floor. Some extra furniture would not hurt :)
The bed was good. The location is good. Access to many sights can be done on foot.
Breakfast was poor.
To be honest it felt more like a hotel than hostel. They had a nice dance floor downstairs. Nice bar to drink. Couches to chill and meet people. Beds were good and most importantly they had not one but two power sockets. I've been traveling for two months and my hod it feels good to charge two thing's at once.
I had a run in with the bar staff. I was terribly sick with the cold and throat infection. I asked for ice because I didn't feel like beer (understandably) he says no... I starred at him for a 10 seconds and resorted to telling him he loses nothing by giving me ice and hey the hotel might not get a bad review. he gives it to me and apologizes later. it was just ice man gosh. Otherwise the hostel is amazing. Should definately stay. And don't be afraid to demand ice
nice place，everything is so good！
The room was very clean and the staff is very helpful
Comfy beds, clean rooms, nice staff!!
Rooms are small
Staff were extremely welcoming & hospitable (Dave reception, Keith bar) & everyone else! Very clean & great design !
Having to go home .. (which nearly didn't happen) Ha !
It really is a good hostel, good quality and good price. The rooms are comfortable and the place is clean. Very very close to Alexanderplatz and some other touristic spots.
The rooms could have a bit more space or something like a small table just to lay things on. Also, sometimes you can ear the noise from the other rooms so I advise taking earplugs with you just in case.
Wonderful location Really nice hostel
Good location in Berlin, very nice rooms (includes toilet and shower). Comfortable beds.
Just at 5:00am the alarm rang and everybody woke up for leaving the hostel immediately. It was like a nightmare, but it was false alarm! And 2 drunk guys was very noice in the corridor. Otherwise the hostel is really good.
Friendly staff, great transport links, lovely atmosphere
Music from bar echoed through building on a couple of nights.
The staff, the dorm, the lounge bar, location, transport availability, breakfast cafe
Limited laundry facilities
Staff always there to help, comfortable rooms although 8 person dorms need more bathrooms as only one shower and toilet, And the rooms are seriously cramped

I liked your staff. They were very helpful and friendly.
The wifi surrounding the compound. Appreciated that, especially when my friends and I shifted to the OTHER Generator at Prenzlauer Burg (HORRIBLE HORRIBLE PLACE).
The luggage storage underneath the bed? One of the worst 'inventions' ever. Back-breaking if you are a girl trying to pull the heavy storage box out.
