Ontbijt op zaterdag en zondag (standaard in de week). Ruime kamers. When we went for breakfast we put on the door the sign "Do not disturb" , since we were packing (our last day). Coming back from breakfast our room was cleaned....everything put on a heap besides the bed. This isn't only an invasion on privacy...Its just not done !! |

Excellent location, superb breakfast and secure parking available at a decent rate(quite a walk from the hotel especially if its raining) Staff in the restaurant very friendly and helpful. Not being able to book in after 18.00 hours. No air conditioning in the two rooms we booked which made them very hot even in September.Rooms to the front have an excellent view of the mosel our rooms looked onto a wall and a high pitch roof, this should have be made clear at the time of booking as these rooms are very dark. |

We were made to feel very relaxed and comfortable. It was the most relaxing stay we could expect to have with a child of only 22 months. It would have been nice if we could have eaten in the hotel in the evening, as staying with a small child made it difficult for us to go out for dinner. Also, it would've been nice to have had a kettle provided in the room so that we could have made a hot drink after our child had gone to sleep at around 8pm. It's a long night in a hotel room without a hot drink. |

Hotel is central to the town, overlooking the River Mosel. Pre booking car parking is advisable. Breakfast was good. Staff friendly and helpful. There are no staff after 6pm so arrive before then on first night! |

The hotel was on the waterfront promenade of the Moselle River and was centrally located. The room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was very nice and the food plentiful. The location of the reception desk was very poor. You had to walk up steps leading through their outdoor cafe to reach it. The hotel layout was difficult to negotiate. Also, the parking of our car was a really frustrating problem. There were no parking spaces available in front of the hotel or anywhere nearby for several hours after our arrival due to a national holiday. |

The hotel was a bright spot in the entire village! It had a very happy atmosphere and appearance. The staff made us feel very welcome and provided a lovely breakfast. We would heartily recommend the hotel, the room was spacious and comfortable, as well as immaculately clean. |

The breakfast was excellent- especially Sunday- huge brunch w/ sekt. Hotel is very charming and cozy. We also enjoyed the Weinstubbe in the basement. The staff were super friendly. There is a lovely art exhibit there now by Josef Steib. Construction next door was noisy. |

The Hotel is in a excellent position overlooking the Mosel, it is open during a quiet time of year, the cafe is superb for coffee and cake etc. The staff are very friendly and offer advice on places to eat. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Its why we stay every year.. |
