They have excellent selections for their breakfast menu and breakfast is included with price of the room.. Stayed there 3 nights and could say was a great place to stay with no complaints...

The double room in the hotel was big and very nice. The beds are very comfortable & the room was very clean. The balcony was nice as well. The Aparthotel Sternkuppe had very nice Apartments. The Spa & Pool Kaskade which is next to the hotel is very small but nice for little children. The single room in the hotel where my friend stayed was very small and old fashion. The price is too high for such a small & old room. Also it had a very small bathroom. The hotel pool was too cold.

Dinner in the restaurant was excellent. One of the best meals we had when touring in germany. Staff were friendly and helpful. Pool and gym area were good , very clean and not busy.

Der freundliche Empfang (auch gegenüber unseren mitreisenden Vierbeiner) sowie die unkomplizierte und professionelle Beherbergung in diesem älteren Hotel. Sehr gutes Frühstück-Buffet und schöne Lage in der Stadt Gersfeld.

-Ausgesprochen freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal (Reception und Retaurant) -gute Küche -das Mobiliar der Zimmer hat ein Alter erreicht das es demnächst einer Erneuerung bedarf - Balkone sind sanierungsbedürftig (Fliesen) und die Balkonmöbel bestehen lediglich aus 2 Plastikstühlen -die Saunakabine ist ziemlich abgewirtschaftet

Die Zimmer/Apartments waren sehr groß. Zu unserem Apartment musste man einen Außengang entlang und eine recht enge Treppe hoch. Einen Aufzug gab es nicht. Das Zimmer meiner Schwiegereltern lag in einem anderen Gebäude. Wäre schön gewesen, wenn man uns in einen Haus hätte unterbringen können, zumal das Hotel wusste, dass wir zusammen gehören. Das Frühstücksbuffet entspricht nicht einem 4* Haus. Wir sollten bei der Abreise mehr bezahlen, als vorher bei booking.com angegeben. Wir haben zwar am Ende den vereinbrten Preios bezahlt, aber es ist trotzdem ärgerlich, wenn man diskutieren muss.

alles war richtig gut, auch die Gastronomie. Sogar gutes Licht zum Lesen und keine Sparfunzel. Schwimmbad und Sauna. Die "Du Pont"-Kunststoff-Bettdecken: man schwitzt schrecklich unter ihnen, die Kissen jedoch hatten Federn und waren sehr angenehm.

Mobiliar , Teppichböden sollten baldigst erneuert werden. Kabelsalat von Steckdose zum festinstallieren Fön. Badflisen gesprungen . Hinter den Vorhängen, na ja...schlimmer geht kaum.

Der Wellnessbereich war nicht wirklich sauber und sehr sehr klein. Es gab nur drei Liegen im Saunabereich. Der Pool war total kalt und überhaupt war alles eher ungemütlich und kahl. Im Saunabereich sah es nach Baustelle aus.. Die Zimmer waren in Ordnung. Aber als Wellnessurlaub war es insgesamt ein Flop.

Ruhige Lage in Gersfeld. Freundl. Mitarbeiter, gutes Frühstück, Abendessen a la Carte war sehr gut. Bedienung sehr aufmerksam. Die Zimmer waren sehr ordentlich und sauber. Die Freizeiteinrichtungen (Sauna und Schwimmbad) wurden nicht genutzt. Das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis war gut. Beim Frühstück gab es keinen festen Sitzplatz für den Aufenthaltszeitraum. Der Tisch wechselte täglich.

Freundliches und aufmerksames Personal, Sauberkeit Wir wurden außerhalb des Haupt- hauses (in einem Apartment) untergebracht; etwas um- ständlich für eine Übernachtung. Ansonsten war das Apartment aber o.k.
