Wszystkie dzieci starsze lub dorośli - opłata w wysokości 30,00 EUR za osobę, za dobę, na dodatkowych łóżkach.
Maksymalna ilość dodatkowych łóżek/ łóżeczek niemowlęcych w pokoju to 1.
Dodatkowe łóżka oferowane są na życzenie i muszą zostać potwierdzone przez hotel.

5 mins walk to a good station, another 4 min will get you to the sports arena/stadium via bus no 56. Booked a hotel room but was given a ghotel apartment (because internet there is cheaper @ 30 euros/week instead of 18 euros/day). However apartments are in a dodgey old building with no lift. Internet didn't work for 1 evening/night and had to look elsewhere in the city. No compensation was given and I actually had to pay for my call to the Internet provider who spoke German only. Poor breakfast. 99 euros/night is expensive for this kind of hotel. |

Close to train station, well balanced breakfast included 1. Noisy (construction site in proximity, so that basically could not open the window during the day, and disturbing even with window closed), 2. strong lighting in the washroom around the sink mirror, so that kind of dazzling or tough on the eyes, 3. internet not included |

I should have notified the following to the hotel front, but I did not as not so inconvinient without them:. 1)lamp at the bed side was broken, 2) no table lamp stand available. It would be better if a kettle, a coffee mag and a set of tableware are provided. I checked "fair" for the confort above, because the noise from the air conditioner was rather noisy. However, overall, I was satisfied with the hotel and its price. |

Hotel is not expensive and has good location near S bahn. Breakfast is very good. Internet access is extremely expensive. Room was noisy, especially in evening. Room was sometimes little languorous. |

The welcome was friendly and the room was warm and clean.....the decor was minimalist but comfortable Cannot say as I only stayed one night...the room was also cleaned whilst I was at breakfast....very efficient |

Clean room and comfortable bedding. Good and affordable wi-fi access. The breakfast was also very good indeed for the price.The hotel staff were exceptionally helpful and always friendly at attentive, which is always a plus when you are in a foreign country. Room very small and no outward opening windows was a bit of a disappointment. |

Das die Zimmer sauber waren Ich finde es ist, kein richtiges Hotel. Es ist alles so verteilt. In einem Haus die Zimmer und wo anders die Repzeption. Das Frühstück war sehr normal nicht gut und nicht sehr schlecht. aber für 89 Euro die Nacht hätte ich zumindestens beim Frühstück mehr erwartet |

Check-In hat reibungslos und sehr effizient geklappt. Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht. Für Euro 115 pro Nacht hätten wir mehr Luxus erwartet. Dazu kam, dass direkt neben dem Hotel eine grosse Bausstelle war und die Arbeiten bereits morgens um 7 Uhr begonnen haben. |

Der Aufenthalt war ok, ihr Personal war sehr freundlich, dass Frühstücksbüffet ok, die Zimmer sauber - generell fand ich die Idee das man auf dem Zimmer kochen kann nicht schlecht Was ich nicht in Ordnung fand, war das auf der Homepage auf der ich gebucht habe, klar stand das ich die Kreditkarte dort nur zur Abfrage meiner Zahlungsfähigkeit angeben muss und das der Betrag nicht abgebucht wird. Vor Ort wurde mir dann mitgeteilt das der Betrag entgegen der Angabe auf dieser Seite abgebucht wurde. Dieser Widerspruch ist nicht in Ordnung und hat mich auch etwas verärgert. |

Die Lage in Bahnhofs- und Messenähe. Das Frühstück war für 3 Sterne reichhaltig und sogar der Kaffee trinkbar, es wurde immer wieder sofort nachgelegt. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Ich war im Nebengebäude untergebracht: 3 Etage Altbau ohne Lift, sehr steiles Treppenhaus. Die Fenster waren nicht schallisoliert (und Baustelle vor der Tür) , mein Zimmer war winzig und ohne Minibar bzw. der Möglichkeit, sich einen Tee oder Kaffee zu bereiten. Bilder und Text des Internetauftritts des Hauses sowie der Ruf voder Hotelkette als Businesshotel suggerieren etwas anderes. Der Frühstücksraus war mit der Rezeption kombiniert, insgesamt sehr klein, trist und wenig einladend. In Deutschland habe ich das in Hotels dieser Kategorie noch nie erlebt. Ich würde für meinen nächsten Businesstermin ein anderes Hotel wählen. |
