Das Hotel ist sehr liebevoll gefürt, die Gartenanlage ist sehr schön, das Frühstück wirklich gut. Es liegt in der Nähe des Borbeck Schlosses mit Schlosspark - sehr schön gelegen. Mit Auto ist man in 15-20 Min in Stadtzentrum. Der S-Bahnhof ist ca.10-15min zu Fuß entfernt.

Hatten ein DZ mit Hund gebucht, das Zimmer entsprach der Größe eines Hühnerstalls, für Hundedecke war kein Platz. Die Dusche etwa 60 cm und verdreckt, die Abflüsse rochen gammelig.

En nuestra habitación no había internet, solicitamos que nos cambiaran a otra habitación y nos dijeron que no tenian disponibles, por lo que nos quedamos dos dias sin poder trabajar, para nuestro trabajo internet es básico.La calefacción la tenian en el suelo y cada dia a las seis de la mañana sonaba un ruido que procedía del suelo y que no te dejaba volver a dormir.

Die ruhige Lage Ich hatte ein zentrales Hotel in Essen gesucht, doch von der Innenstadt ist es 17Euro Taxikosten entfernt. Desweiteren hatte ich das Hotel wegen dem angepriesenen Fitnessraum ausgesucht. Doch dieser ist lt. Personal schon länger nicht nutzbar, die Geräte kaputt und der Raum wird als Abstellraum genutzt.
