It is nice hotel, although when I arrived after 20.30 all services where already closed, which was a shame. But the people are very friendly and they prepared early breakfast for me.

Freundliches, zuvorkommendes Personal. Saubere Zimmer, freundliches angenehmes Ambiente, hier ist man keine Nummer - und vor allem hier kocht der Chef selbst - das merkt man, frische Zutaten sind für die Menüs selbstverständlich! Danke, wir kommen bestimmt wieder !!!

Sehr schönes Hotel mit sehr guter Küche. Freundliches Personal. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und sehr sauber ****. Der Wellnessbereich ist ausreichend groß und sehr schön gemacht. Leider liegt das Hotel auf einer Anhöhe in der Stadt Zwiesel. Für Fußmüde etwas beschwerlich. Allerdings fährt tagsüber ein Bus, der mit der Gästekarte kostenlos nutzbar ist. Wir hatte einen angenehmen Aufenthalt und können das Hotel empfehlen.

Mooi vernieuwd hotel, goed morgenmaal en niet duur, avondeten was ook zeer lekker. Sauna gebruik is in de bookingprijs niet begrepen, ook moet in de sauna een badpak gedragen worden, dat vind ik maar niets.

Comfort en uitrusting slaapkamer was geweldig, ontbijt en diner waren voortreffelijk. Personeel en eigenaars waren altijd bereid om te helpen. Jammer er dat er geen bar was om 's-avonds nog wat te drinken. Lag net te ver van het centrum, in het centrum was weinig mogelijk 's-avonds en men moest al vroeg naar je kamer toe.

Sehr freundlicher Empfang. Personal sehr nett und aufmerksam, wir reisen sehr viel aber wir hatten bisher noch nie so ein sauberes Zimmer! Essen sehr gut. Der gesamte Eindruck ist absolut positiv! Empfehlenswert, würden wir sofort wieder buchen.

Unterkunft entsprach absolut den Erwartungen. Sehr freundliches Personal inkl. Bedienung am Frühstücksbuffet, welches sehr zu empfehlen ist. Absolut ruhige Lage und netter Wellnessbereich. Wir würden die Unterkunft sofort wieder buchen, wobei es jedoch in der Nähe sehr viele auch sehr ansprechende Unterkünfte gibt. ( z.B. im Nachbarort Bodenmais)

Als Wir am Freitag im Hotel angekommen sind lag unsere Buchung nicht vor. Und als Booking.com Kunde wurde uns gesagt das wir für die Nutzung des Wellness Bereichs 10 Euro pro Person und Tag extra Bezahlen müssten weil so viel Provision an Booking bezahlt werden musste. Habe das Glashaus gebucht weil ein Wellness Bereich dabei wäre.Habe mich auch geweigert ein Aufpreis zu Bezahlen.Es war nirgends ausgewiesen dieser Aufpreis.

Das Hotel ist sehr nett eingerichtet. Neu renovierte Bäder.Wunderschöner Wellness Bereich.Sehr gutes Essen am Abend. Die Einzelzimmer sind sehr klein. Das Frühstück könnte umfangreicher und abwechslungsreicher sein. Die Öffnungszeiten der Sauna sind zu kurz und das Schwimmbecken zu klein.
