Hotel staff, super friendly the rooms are a little 'run down' but certainly nothing to worry about. Warm, clean and plenty of room. The hotel is over a good German pub selling good German food which was very reasonably priced. Overall we felt very welcome

Ein Hotel im Renovierungs-Aufbau, dass mit Hingabe geführt wird. Sehr freundliche Leitung, top Service, super Frühstück. Da die Zimmer nach und nach renoviert werden, lohnt sich die Anfrage, ob eines der neu renovierten Zimmer verfügbar ist. 8 Minuten Fussweg zum nächsten Bahnhof. Hunde sind sehr und vorurteilsfrei willkommen. Top Preis-Leistungsverhältnis!

Venligt personale, god morgenmad, gode værelser Man skal ikke lade sig skræmme af hotellets ydre og kvarteret for det var rigtig hyggeligt indeni og vi fik en rigtig god behandling. Hotellet ligger I et "belastet" kvarter, facaden trænger til renovering

Gar nichts ! Die Zimmerausstattung war miserabel, Steckdosen waren nicht vollständig mit Abdeckungen versehen >> Lebensgefahr !!! Die Deckenleuchte im WC fehlte komplett, das elektr. Leitungsende war nicht mit Klemmen gesichert >> blanke Adern >> Lebensgefahr !!! Im WC Schimmelbefall an der Decke, sowie auch im Bad ! Kein TV-Empfang von ca. 3-5 zur Verfügung stehenden Sendern war nicht ein Sender Störungsfrei !

Hotel personal haben sich sehr um uns bemüht - besonders da es Silvester Gewesen war. Das Kater Frühstück war passend gestaltet. Der sonder spät auscheck für Silvester war ein besonderer güte Leistung. Der Gestalltung das Eingang, Diele und Treppenhaus ist sehr Revovierungs Bedürftigt.

“It would be hard to find any faults with the Mercure Hotel at Hamm.We were particularly pleased how the receptionists assisted us being from England and 4 elderly people with our requests. So kind to allow us to use our rooms to 1pm instead of 12.0pm as stated, also providing a city map and giving us directions to the Mall.
