La situació.

L'hàbitació extremadament petita.

Only 2 minutes from the main station and 5 minutes from main shopping area. Lots of restaurants nearby. English spoken by friendly reception staff.

Did not find an English TV channel and no tea/coffee making facilities, although pay machine on the ground floor. Area in the opposite direction from the train station is a bit seedy.

Location next to station and walkable to the lakes and all parts of hamburg. Friendly staff good breakfast. Great all round location.

Fantastic place to stay if staying with a group of friends. Great value for money and right beside the train station

Ideally located across the central station. Despite the animated area, rooms are very well isolated from the outside noise. Free WiFi. Very clean.

Room size is minimal. Whereas the insulation from outside noise is excellent, this not quite the case for the inside, specially from the corridor.

Location is good.

It was an extremely expensive stay using my late booking.. I didn’t like the hotel being selling me that room 4-times the price of the same room in normal days.. I consider this abusing customers.

They advertisement that i could use Spa facilities for free in the sister hotel 2 minutes away. However when i asked to use them, i was told there is only a Sauna (not a gym, or a pool, which normally mean Spa). And i was told i had to pay 8 euros to use it. I was extremely disappointed as i could have travelled lighter, not pay (£40) for additional baggage on my flight! So very very unhappy!

Great location very near the main railway station, the breakfast was good value too

The twin room wasn't the biggest with beds end to end but for the price we paid I have no complaints

Great location , breakfast was great ... clean hotel

The staff was not helpful , he we had a few things that went wrong regarding the staff giving out are room key to another person staying in the hotel , and we were getting the blame for losing it , we could of had all are valuables stolen

The room is very clean and comfortable. The room is small, but does not make us feel crowded. Facilities in our room seems new. The location is very near the main station (3 min. walk). It is very convenient. The breakfast is good enough. I like the coffee.

If there is a lamp on the desk, that would be perfect.
