Perfect location,free wifi access everywhere, nice breakfast being served until 11o'clock in the morning.Nice decoration in the room. The room was a bit small, with no shower set. There was an extra charge to use the safety box. |

The room was large and clean. We had balkony. The breakfast was rather small. Only one hot meal. The toilet and shower was in different rooms! The reseption worker didn´t speak good english. Same did. Breakfast room was small. |

Good underground connection right across the street from the main railway station. Breakfast was ok. Clean and not noisy as I recived a room with view in a kind of backyard (that was not ok...) |

The staff was excellent, the room clean. The single was a lit bit to smaller, but clean. The location was good, very close to the main station. I liked it much, together with the town. |

Central location, walking distance to my office and meetings as well as restaurants, pubs etc. around the corner. Short jog to the Alster which is nice to run around in the evening. |

It is very central and close to shopping areas. The room was clean. Breakfast was included. No minibar. Some of the staff was not very helpful. |

The central location and some of the staff only. I do not recommend this hotel which is wrongly classified as a 3 star.The wooden floor was extremely noisy, it was really difficult to sleep because a constant noise coming from a very Noisy restaurant or factory prevented us from opening the window (because of the high temperature in the room). |

i liked the hotel ,it was in the centre of hamburg and it was near the tourist sites and i had a really good time in hamburg ,i would like to visit the city again when i come to germany again |

Friendly and compeent staff. Large, clean room with view on street. There was still some flavour of a great hotel from the end of the 19th century. I liked the historic stairway, even if one could not use it, but only see it. |

Right next to the HBF train station, room location is VERY important since the 2 streets surrounding the hotel are night district. Again, the 2 streets surrounding the hotel are night district. Yet there's a great turkey grill restaurant- Damak |
