Go-Apartments Potsdamer Platz    

Big apartment, plenty of space. Good location. We were two couples sharing this and it was a much better deal for us than renting two doubles at some hotel.

The doors into one of the showers was broken making it difficult to get into it. Was a bit cold when we checked in.

more or less everything, except for the pillows :) S-bahn was across the street, 5 minute walk to the Potsdamer Platz; really good location!

We had trouble finding the reception as it was in a beer store. Difficulties finding a parking lot for our car.

I did not appreciate not be able to check in until 4pm. Also the credit card machine would not accept Australian c/card with chip. Staff were not really helpful to resolve this problem. Lights in the foyer were not working and also the landing to the apartment. Unit did not have dvd as listed on entry even though this was confirmed on check inn. Beds were rubbish no instructions left in the apartment and there was no washing machine. If you are arriving in Berlin in the morning do not stay here - you can't check inn until 4pm and they charge for holding luggage!

Convenient location, friendly staff (+ good English), spacious apartment, impeccably clean and felt like it was decorated fairly recently. Perfect as a base for our travel group while we explored Berlin. S-Bhan rail services just over the road. Good view from the 5th floor! We could see to the technology museum which, serendipitously, was the main target for our trip. Loads of space for us all to relax, play board games, etc. a decent sized kitchen and lounge and a massive sofa. A short walk from various Christmas markets.

A minor complaint of comfort: Pillows on the beds were far too large and soft/fluffy for a comfortable night of sleep. We improvised with towels wrapped in the pillow-case! Go-Apartments: If you are reading, please change over the pillows for "normal" ones. Thanks! Finding the address to pick up the keys was a little tricky with just the number and street name. For would-be guests of this fine apartment, the office can be found at the West end of the road, to the left of the green and white coffee shop (which is not trying to imitate a well-known brand!).

Excellent apartment with some good views , Location good for major historical info , quiet away from nightlife bugdet getting around easy with public transport

When you arrive the corridor is a bit dirty and un welcoming , If this was being used by a group of girl they would be intimated , Our group was all men and we thought it wasnt great

Accomodation was good. Bedrooms were great and having two bathrooms and a seperate toilet was useful with a large group of friends. Instructions on how to get to collect keys and how to locate the apartment were excellent. Being allowed to leave the keys in the apartment on departure was helpful

The apartment was for 8 people and there was only one sofa!! Not great. We did use the chairs from the dining room but another comfy sofa would have been better. An info pack on the local area and places to visit/eat. Directions to the local supermarket etc would have been useful.

The apartment was VERY spacious...a great value for the money! Access to public transport was easy - just one bus from Hauptbanhof train station. I would definitely stay in this apartment again!

Pots & pans could use an upgrade. There was no spatula for cooking. Also, there was no dvd player as listed on the website.

The apartment was really great, very spacious, quite clean (except for under the beds where we found a lot of dust). The kitchen was fully equipped and served all our purposes. The living room was cozy and had enough sitting space so that we can all hang out comfortably, the whole apartment is bordered with a balcony equipped with table and chairs which was also very comfortable and enjoyable especially for morning coffee. Just wish there would have been more English channels as all shows on the German channels are dubbed. Beds were extremely comfortable in all the rooms. Both bathrooms were really clean, great water pressure and a huge amount of towels which was a nice surprise! All in all the apartment was great and we would definitely book it again on our next stay in Berlin.

The only disappointment was the wifi! this is something we had specifically asked for and although we had read a couple of comments regarding this we figured it might just have been a streak of bad luck for previous guests as we all have experienced internet issues at home... Unfortunately this was not the case. Although we were given a code upon arrival and there were 2 routers, we were not able to get a proper signal during our stay. Even after speaking to management a couple of times nothing was fixed. I found this to be extremely annoying and frustrating as this was one of our main search criteria when booking an apartment. As i told the man on departure, it is really a shame to fall on such a small detail, if you are not willing to give proper internet than maybe just charge for it! Believe me we would have gladly payed for it if it meant getting a proper internet connection especially when we needed to get work done.

The location is very convenient; the apartment was very clean; very close distance to Check point Charlie;

the location of the office to which you must go and pick up your apartment key is not clearly stated and the office is not an office but a beer shop!!!! the internet connection was not working and the problem couldn't be fixed for the period of time we were staying there!

The apartment was close to the underground but close enough to walk to all the major attractions. Rooms were a good size and fairly well equiped.

We arrived at the apartment and phoned to be met with keys only to be told we had to go to the office to fetch the keys. (I had emailed three days before conferming we would be met!) When we entered the apartment it had not been cleaned and was in a real mess. They offered to come and clean it but it wasn't the apartment I had originally booked so we were moved. Had they met us there this would have been sorted straight away rather than four phone calls later. The apartment we ended up with was clean and spacious but not as the photo on the internet, non of the luxury touches, like rugs, pictures ect not that this made any difference to our stay. I would say to Go Apartments, meet people at their accommodation because it will save them a lot of unhappy customers in the long run.

The location, although in a residential suburb and block of flats with permanent residents, was superb as it was really close to Anhalter bahnhof and Mendelssohn Bartholdy Platz, making it easy to get around Berlin. Checkpoint Charlie and the Jewish Museum were within easy walking distance and it was only 1 stop to Potsdamer Platz, 2 to Brandenburg Gate and 3 to Friedrichsstrasse. The flat was very spacious.

Some of the sockets were loose and looked as if the flat had been finished on a budget quickly. We couldn't find bins, I rang the office and they said to leave rubbish. The bins they told us we could use were locked. There was no information in the flat. Notices in the lift and the flat said that the police might be called if we were noisy - this really worried one of my 14 year olds.

The flat is quite spacious but very basically furnished. We specifically asked whether it's possible to prepare meals there and were told yes - but the kitchen is very poorly accessorized! there are dishes to eat on, but hardly anything to cook in, and no oven tray or serving dishes! the tap in the shower was dripping non-stop, as was the toilet...

Big & spacious also very clean which we always would prefer. We like the way the apartment was set up. Overall excellent, value for money and enjoyed thoroughly. We look forward to come again in the future.

Great flat!

It was located in a good area.

The shower and bath did not drain, and we did not know there was no air conditioning. Simple toliet items would have been nice, like soap, and shampoo It was good for four people, but too crowed for eight

Het appartement is centraal gelegen met bus, metro, trein en bezienswaardigheden op loopafstand. Het appartement is in een rustige woonwijk gelegen. Er zijn mogelijkheden om de auto te parkeren.

Het appartement was niet helemaal schoon.We hebben de vloer moeten vegen en dweilen.Niet iedere Berlijner was even vriendelijk. Soms kregen we het idee, dat ze niet echt op de toerist zaten te wachten.

Die Wohnung ist super schön, sehr geräumig, toller großer Balkon, zwei Badezimmer (für Gruppen ideal) super Anbindung in die city, Schlüsselübergabe hat wunderbar geklappt und ist direkt um die Ecke

bei 6 Betten sollten wenn möglich auch 6 Stühle vorhanden sein :P aber mit mischen von Balkon und Küche geht es auch

L appartement est très bien situé ! Très propre et clair avec 3 chambres. Tout le confort dont on a besoin ( sèche cheveux, serviettes, couettes, ...) possibilité de faire la cuisine !

Fantastisk lejlighed til en stor familie med voksne børn og centralt med både S-tog og U-bane samt gåafstand til kendte serværdigheder.

Køkkenfaciliteterne var lidt dårlige og der var ikke stole nok på terassen
