very friendly and competent staff, well maintained and clean room

WiFi signal was weak and very fluctuating, if present at all. However, staff readily supplied ethernet lead when complaining. Late arrival could be difficult as reception closes at 11pm.

Everything was great! For us one of the most important things was a kitchen in a room. There was a microwave, teapot, coffeemaker, toaster and an electric stove there. The bathroom was quite big and with a great massage shower! The staff is really friendly and helpful! The hotel located is just 15 minuts with S-Bahn from Aleksanderplatz. Our room was cleaned perfectly! It is the best hotel for its price, I've ever stayed in!

Internet connection in our room was very poor.

The location is real close to almost everything you want for a city trip..The staff was frinedlly and very helpful.I Wil be back soon to Berlin and to the same Hotel

Fantastic location. Easy to find great "eats" close by. Very comfortable living with plenty of space for longer stays.

At later arrival on Sunday the reception was not open and there was some trouble getting a key via a distance intercom system, unfortunately. The problem was solved temporarily with one key for 2 rooms. Next day we received our own keys (we were with 2 couples).

For those who presfer room size and small kitchen on large Loby and shining door man - it is great solution

Останавливались на майские праздники с 1.5.2012 по 8.5.2012. Снимали два номера: Стандарт - с видом на Goethestraße и Комфорт – с видом во внутренний двор. Выбирали по местоположению и отзывам. Хотелось, чтобы отель выходил в переулок и тишину в номере. Отель на тихой улице, в 10 минутах пешком от улиц Kurfürstendamm, Straße des 17. Juni и станций U-Bahn и S-Bahn Zoologischer Garten‎. В номерах есть мини-кухня и всё что нужно, чтобы приготовить завтрак и даже ужин. Сама комната большая. Периодически добавляют пакетики с чаем и растворимым кофе. Под мостом у станции с-бан в супермаркете можно купить любые продукты. В гостинице действительно оказалось очень тихо, посторонние звуки не проникают. В комфорте плотные шторы, а также уличная рулонная штора, которая закрывается с пульта в номере. Большое окно до пола выходит в довольно уютный зелёный внутренний дворик. В ванной тёплый пол, включается отдельно. Убирались каждый день. Кондиционера в номере не заметили, но возможно есть какое-то центральное кондиционирование. Wi-Fi входит в стоимость номера и работает хорошо. С персоналом общались мало, но все были приветливы. После 21:00 сотрудников в отеле не наблюдается, и уличная дверь открывается ключом от номера. Никаких доп.услуг не заказывали. В целом всё было отлично.
