こぢんまりとしていたが、その分静かな環境で滞在することができたので、普通に暮らす感覚に近い滞在ができ- た。シンクは小さかったものの、食器や電子レンジも備えたキッチンがあったのはなかなか便利で助かった。 ティッシュペーパーの交換に気づいていなかったとか、ハンドタオルがある日とない日があるなど、部屋の掃除- にもう少し配慮があってもいいと感じた。 |

チェックイン時間よりかなり早めに着いてしまいましたが、快くお部屋を用意してくれて、部屋もバスもとても- きれいで快適なホテルでした。フロントスタッフの対応がよかったです。 バスタブがあれば完璧でした。 |

アクセスよく便利。部屋もきれいだが、最上階にとまったせいか、バスルームに下水があがるにおいが少しする- のが残念。無料だがネットサーバーがよくない。。。 |

Early arrival wasn't a problem at all - we were provided with the room's key at around 11 am. Room category was upgraded free of charge. The promised double room turned out to be a twin one. |

staff is very friendly, rooms are very comfortable this was my third time there, but the first time I was put in a smaller room. Housekeeping could clean better and should replenish small quantity of water, coffee and tea each day (they don't). |

great apartments close to zoo garten. Clean, nice beds and good people. A good alternative to a hotelroom if you are looking for a more quiet time with the chance to make your own food in the kitchen with micro, stove, fridge, toaster and more |

The room is spacious and well laid out. The service is efficient when the reception is open but the lack of reception service after 11PM was an inconvenience. The internet was not working when I tried to connect on the first night we arrived but no one could help immediatly as the reception was closed and the call center guy was from an out of town location. The internet did work early next morning. No lobby so no place to cool your heals outside of the room. |

The location, the shower box. The breakfast should be included in the room rate. Instead of the kitchen corner I would have preferred more room space and maybe some additional comforts like a sofa or an armchair. |

The neighborhood of the hotel is fantastic. Close to the metro and S-Bahn, a pretty little park (as well as the Tiergarten) and many shops, restaurants and bars. The room was immaculate and very well appointed. The kitchenette is a plus. Big bathrooms too. Nothing, we liked it all! There isn´t someone at reception at all hours, but if you need someone it´s possible to contact a person at all hours. |

The hotel is good located on a quiet street, not far from S-Ban and U-Ban / main shopping streets. The room was just fine for a person who expected good apartments but not a real hotel room. Breakfast was good, but quite modest. The rest was perfect. The quality and variety of breakfast. |

Location near perfect .Bathroom and Kitchen facilities First Class. Sound proofing the best ever experienced. Uncomfortable chairs in room. Breakfast should be included in the Room Rate and more choice available. |

good location, exceptional standard of furnishing and finishing - very stylish efficient not really a hotel, which is fine as long as your not expecting a hotel - its apartments with a reception manned until 6pm - so do not expect advice after this time |
