sa situation géographique, proche des transports en commun ( gare ) et du centre ville la propreté de notre chambre laissait vraiment à désirer, par exemple les lits n'ont pas été refaits chaque jour, il y avait de la poussière et le sol était vraiment sale. |

The reception staff were great! Friendly as well as very accommodating. We had to leave early for our flight to Prague, Leo (staff) prepared our breakfast to enable us have our meals prior to leaving the hotel at 530 am. Noise emanating from the street. No aircondition; therefore, we had to open our window and of course magnified the noise (had no sleep there). The bathroom stunk of urine and had to request the reception to have the maid thoroughly clean the area in which they did. |

Location block and a half from the main station, free internet (computer in the room), complimentary cold water in half liter bottles Noisy street! All our stuff were moved around in the room during the day (cleaning lady?) and drinking cups vanished and were not replaced until the next day |

The friendliness of the staff, the breakfast, the room was huge. It was a great hotel. The only complaint I had is a minor one, but the pillows were really old and uncomfortable. Apart from that, the hotel was wonderful. |

hotel staff is profesional and friendly, they try to make a homelike atmosphere. You can see that they take care about details (flowers, style of decor). Breakfasts are delicious. Room is being cleaned every day. |
