“ All the staff were friendly and went out of their way to be helpful and support us through the language barrier. The hotel was central and very convenient for parking our motor bike securely. The evening meal we booked was in lovely surroundings and we were served by staff who went out of their way to make our meal special, nothing was too much trouble. ”

This 4-star-superior hotel is just a 3-minute walk from Weimar city centre, directly behind the Goethe House and opposite the Goethe Park. It offers unique accommodation and a large wellness area. Elegant hotel with its high level service and location. Not far away from the old town, in neigbouring with nice park. Clear and quiet, no disturbance. Charge high cost for the internet access, I do not know why the hotel feel so regid on the costumer requirmet. Price may be a little bit expensive, but worth it anyway.

Wonderful location and a really nice town to visit. I enjoyed my stay there. Everything was great - only I'm not a big fan of the "double-beds" pushed together or 2x half-blankets. In America, we have a sheet and a large blanket on top and then a comforter. In Europe (been traveling a lot here) it is common to have fewer sheets on the beds and smaller blankets. We like to tease Europeans by saying "They like being cold" but it doesn't have to be that way at a nice hotel like yours;-) Also, carpark was convenient, but it was full, so I parked on the other side and the ticket validation I was given didn't work. Not a big deal, but it's something...

Quality hotel next to the Weimar town center. Friendly staff and great breakfast. The wellness area was quite small. Just a whirlpool and a couple of saunas.

Vielseitiges Frühstück - leider mit Rührei aus Fertigprodukt. Nackenstützkissen telefonisch nicht zu buchen. Möbel hatten erhebliche Gebrauchsspuren, Glasplatte hatte Absplitterungen. Reinigunspersonal steht plötzlich im Zimmer. Taubenkot auf der Fensterbank. Kein Gepäckservice.

Tolles Hotel, es hat an nicht gefehlt. Wir haben an einem Abend das Restaurant "Bettina von Arnim" im Hotel aufgesucht und dort ein Candlelight Menü genossen. Die Küche hat mehr als nur positiv überrascht. Wir haben schon für wesentlich mehr Geld schlechter gegessen in Restaurants die sich mit Sternen und Gault Millau Mützen schmücken. Ein tolles Menü, unheimlich stimmig mit passenden begleitenden Weinen. Nochmals einen Dank an die Küche und das Personal. Wir hatten ein tolles Turmzimmer mit Aussicht auf den Beethovenplatz und den Park an der Ilm. Lediglich die etwas laut laufende Lüftung bedingt hier einen einzigen kleinen Negativaspekt.
