Free parking. Big double-bed rooms. Friendly staff.

Cleaners were a bit sloppy. No fridge or tea making facilities. Hotel is located out of town.

Very nice bathroom.

Very close to Hannover exhibition centre.

The staff at reception were unfailingly excellent, the room was spacious and the only thing we missed was our own hot water jug to make our early morning cup of tea. We have found it unusual for European hotels to provide tea-making facilities. This is standard even in the cheapest Australian hotels and motels. It would not be difficult for similar facilities to be offered to guests at European accommodation establishments.

The access to the beautiful river that flows through Hamburg and the lovely walk we had along its banks.

Just a little bit of mould on the bathroom tiles was all that let the room down.

It is a disgusting hotel, broken beds, stained tables, smelly rooms, dirty carpets. The hall towards the room was cover with the old linen from all the rooms while they were being cleaned. They placed me on the next door building, which they proudly explained that it was the best part of the hotel, it was in fact a transformed private residence. No bell boy, 3 story building w/o elevator. The view is the adjacent parking lot. They say 4 stars on their sign, I won't give them 2.

De kamers zijn perfect, ligging goed en parkeerplaats geen enkel probleem. Het ontbijt is zeer zeer matig en niet vriendelijk, is in een chinees restaurant.

Eet gelegen heid dirckt bij het Hotel slecht, als je 10 tot 15 minuten wil lopen zijn er genoeg

Gar Nichts. Dieses Hotel ist einfach nur schmutzig !!!Absolut nicht zu empfehlen. Einrichtung alt und kaputt, schmutzige Betten und Böden. Geduscht habe ich nicht, weil ich mich nicht traute, mich mit den schmutzigen Handtüchern abzutrocknen.

Familjerummet var slitet och det fanns ingen hiss till rummen. Resturangen hade bara minskat så inget till mindre barn

Большой (огромный) комфортный номер (2-х комнатный). Вай Фай отменный, близко до аэропорта. В номере чисто, белоснежные простыни. Тихо в номере. Цена качество - просто супер!!!

Нет лифта, ушатаная сантехника и плитка в ванной комнате (совмещенный сан.узел), нет ванных пренадлежностей. Далековато от центра города, Маленький телевизор, нет русскоязычного канала.
