Gold Hotel  

The staff was very friendly, and professional - always happy to help. The room was basic, but comfortable, a decent size with a large waredrobe, and very clean. Location was excellent, in terms of local transport. A good alternative to staying right in the middle of things - Alexanderplatz - where hotel prices are significantly higher. I also appreciated that there was a (very small) patio out the back where we were able to get some fresh air and relax without leaving the hotel. Close to lovely bars and restaurants.

Having a room in the front of house was very noisy at night/early morning.There was no air conditioning, and having booked a Double room, I was slightly annoyed to find two single beds shoved together. The pillows were very uncomfortable, and we weren't given a map on arrival, though a very helpful staff member gave me one when I asked for directions on my second day. Some people might not appreciate having to pay on arrival.

The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, frequently going well above and beyond what would even constitute good service. When I needed to bring a nice bottle of wine to dinner at a friend's, they looked around for a decent shop and even called ahead to make sure they were open. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty, served in a beautiful glass veranda. The location in Friedrichshain can't be beat!

Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. Die Betten sind gut. Das Frühstück ist gut und preiswert.

Am Sonnabend war es auf der Straße etwas laut.

Personale gentile e disponibile, di cui una ragazza alla reception che parlava italiano. Camere pulite e abbastanza confortevoli. Ottima posizione in un quartiere tranquillo ma con molti caffè, locali carini e ristoranti e a due isolati dalla stazione della metro.

Mi è stata data a noleggo una bici difettosa con pedale che si è svitato, avendola dovuta portare a riparare in un negozio di bici, non considerando il disturbo e il tempo perso, non mi è neppure stato scalato il costo di riparazione dal prezzo del noleggio. Colazione a buffet abbastanza economica ma con caffè in brocca da evitare.

Proximité du métro (5 min à pied) qui nous amère direct en 10 min au centre ville.Quartier très agréable et animé avec plein de restaurants à proximité..Places de parking gratuites en face l'hotel.

Salle du petit déjeuner très petite.
