No dinner available at any time, no bar on Sunday, short staffed on occasions, room too warm, very noisy all night with windows open.

Locate in the central zone of Kassel near to Railway Station Big and clean room. Useful free private parking in the central zone

Breakfast poor of sweets and cakes. Restaurant at 22.00 was closed

Good breakfast, good bed

Nice and clean room, bathroom with door, close to haupbahnhof and 5-7 minutes walking from the city center, main shopping street and markt. 3 visible outlets. Free wifi for unlimited number of devices, but please ask for a separate login/password for every gadget. Free parking!

Exceptionally bad soundproof... you can hear words in the next room. Walking route to the city center is not obvious, please ask for directions on a map.

The location is well connected. The place was clean. The staff were helpful. The room was spacious and generally comfortable. Closet with hangers was very useful. The bathroom had a movable mirror that was really good and helpful. Internet connection was fast.

Minor issues only! Situated in a grey part of town. It wasn't very easy to find at first because the signage is lacking on street level. The internal decoration is a bit dull. The shower fluctuates slightly between hot and cold on its own. The phone number listed in the website was incorrect, and calling in from outside was a hassle even after finding the right number. Our friends resorted to calling us on viber to avoid going through it again. Tv channels were a bit scrambled and no international channels (at least we gave up before finding any). Bath towel was too small for an adult. Breakfast was too expensive so we skipped it. Nothing really serious, but I expected something better for the price.

Easy access to Train Station and to the walking street shopping area.

Excellent Wifi which is becoming increasingly a key factor for business travellers.

My only complaints are: - the position of the TV meant it could only be watched from the bed and not the sitting area. I was in room 505. - the TV channel selection was very limited for English and no pay TV options. However the excellent Wifi enabled me to use the internet for all my entertainment.

Affordable and central yet quiet. Big tv in room - 42 inch - good to enjoy shows. :-) free wifi.

They were very nice, breakfast was good however the wifi rarely worked and constantly crashed so they need to f ix this. I think the bar fridges wont last as they pumped out huge amounts of heat, the bathrooms smell a little mouldy, and one day they didnt clean my room but it was a very busy time in Kassel. It was central, clean and quiet and I would stay there again

Good buffet breakfast. Close to Fridericianum, Karsaue park, Haupbhnhoff. Free Wifi and parking.

The bar closes at 11, but the last glass of wine at 10.30

Room impecably clean

A small room which feels like a good hospital room. The location is good only if you arrive in a short distance train. It is the other train station, a fifteen minutes taxi ride that serves the ice and other German long distance and international train.

Nice rooms. Very quiet. Nice bathroom.

It was impossible to get any roomservice on sunday, and the staff was unwilling to accomodate our request for some dinner and a bottle of wine from the hotel restaurant.

The staff was fantastic. Stayed on a train booking problem for over an hour until it was solved. Not their problem.

The people working in it. Location room. Food in the restaurant. The parking facilities, there was always an available place.

The restorant was small and sometimes you had to use the lobby for breakfast Acces to the parking. You had to walk to it outside of the hotel for 100 meters. Lifts. The lifts are just two, and slow. They are shared with the service people and their equipment, so at certain hours it is difficult to get one. The Hotel seems not to have a service lift.

We chose Kassel as a base for driving to smaller towns in Northern Germany. In retrospect, I would not have chosen to stay downtown. The hotel is very convenient to the train station and this was as advertised. However, there are very few restaurants or shops in the immediate area. There is a shopping center not far away. I thought the room rate a bit high but it may have been elevated for documenta (13).

Facing the 'bahnhof",is not frightfully exciting! The outside' works were not finished It's brand new but very impersonnal! In the bathroom,there was an odd insect!!!!!!!!!! At the desk ,during my stay,I have been attended by a very nice young lady

Zentrale Lage gegenüber Hauptbahnhof (nicht Fernbahnhof). Kostenfreier Parkplatz beim Hotel. Moderne, neu renovierte Zimmer. Zu unserem Reisezeitpunkt sehr gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Ansprechendes Frühstücksbuffet (€ 12.-/Person).

Aircondition liess sich nicht nach unten regulieren, hat nur geheizt.
