The food was excelent and the service at the restaurant is perfect. Internet! There was no possibility of internet in the room :( One of the reasons why I choose this hotel was WI FI everywhere - but that's not true....The room was very noisy, all night long I could hear some engine working - I felt like in a ferry across the sea... The address is not easy to find with navigation - it led us to some place with the same name of the street - people around were smiling, because we were not the first ones looking for the hotel in their street.

It was well located for us as a stopover between Sweden and the UK. Clean, pragmatic hotel. Not a bedroom that you would want to use for spending much time in. Very pleasant staff. Good safe parking if you need it. We had a 3 bed room as our daughter was with us. As we had our daughter, we were not comfortable with the pornographic images for Pay TV programme. On approaching the staff, the young later showed a bit of attitude but relented and would confer with the manager. It is not appropriate and the hotels should accommodate this, especially when they see the booking is for more than 2 people. It would not take much guesswork to figure out a child will be present.

Ligger på lagom avstånd från Stockholm. Finns oftast rum. Personal mycket hjälpsam. Generös frukost. Vissa rum lite nedslitna. Nu senast var ett av våra tre rum dåligt dammsuget.

Nu var vi ikke ret meget inde på hotellet, vi boede i lejlighed ved siden af hotellet, det bedste der var nok sengen, dejligt med en god stor seng når man er træt og skal ligge 2 der. Ligesom mange andre kan GPS ikke finde hotellet adresse, man bliver sendt hen til et villa kvater hvis man kører efter den oplyste adresse, hvorfor det, kan jeg kun spørge om.

Service am Sonntag/Frühstück sehr gut,am Montag schlecht. Großes Zimmer, angenehmer Komfort. Zimmer zur Strasse sehr laut trotz geschlossener Fenster, offen unmöglich. Dopelbettzimmer mit 3. aufgestelltem Notbett, geht garnicht. Zimmereinrichtung abgesehen vom Bett sehr abgenutzt, ebenso Bad/Toilette/ Dusche.

Versorgt, gute Zimmer Kolanz zero. Ich bestellte 4 übernachtungen, wie sich zeigte, hatte ich fälschlicherweise alles einen Tag zu früh reserviert. Pech gehabt. Obwohl das Hotel bei weitem nicht voll war, musste ich für die erste Nacht ohne Benutzung zahlen und für den letzten Tag neu reservieren und zahlen. Nun gut. Als ich ausschecken wollte wurde ich mit einer Extra Rechnung von immerhin 89 Euro überrascht. Für Tiefgaragennutzung, ohne daß ich die benutzt hatte, und für eine extra Nacht. GLücklicherweise konnte ich beweisen, daß die extra Nacht bereits bezahlt war. Nach gut 20 Minuten sah man endlich ein, daß diese neue Rechnung nicht zurecht war.....

Waren vor sechs Jahren schon einmal in diesem Hotel, hatten damals positiven Aufenthalt. Jetzt viel Verschleiß Möbel, Badezimmer, Wände.

Hotellet ligger I rolige omgivelser og alligevel tæt på motorvejen. Værelserne store, sengene gode, der er pænt og rent - vi var undervejs på rejse og vi fik en virkelig god nats søvn. Personalet utroligt venlige og hjælpsomme, morgenbuffet stor og god. Samlet set et virkelig godt hotel til en absolut rimelig pris. Vi ankom meget sent på grund af trafikken, men der er døgnbemant reception, så det var ikke noget problem. Simpelthen et hotel hvor: "Alles klappt!"

Wir haben nicht das gebuchte Appartement bekommen aber aus Kulanz dafür 2 Doppelzimmer zur Einzelnutzung. War dann auch ok. Jeden Tag gab es eine große Flasche Mineralwasser.

Voor 65 euro op 4 sterren nivo is een koopje. Ontbijt was goed alleen jammer dat daar extra voor betalld moest worden. Goede veilige parkeergarage Helaas was het gevragde babybedje niet beschikbaar
