Friendly staff. Quiet room on 11th floor with views to the north. Although quite distant from my work in the centre of Munich, the 1hour 25 min walk home in the evening, rather than public transport of taxi was enjoyable in the clement weather.

When most business hotels I stay in have free internet, the price was high. The free connection was unnecessarily difficult to obtain. I travel a lot and have a broad database to draw upon. The carpet was peeling back from the wall behind the bed and on the wall at the bathroom entrance. This would suggest maintenance could be better. I have photos, should anyone want them.

I really liked a room! Very quiet, stylish and comfortable!

Decorations, lifestyle, cleanliness, reception and concierge staff were really helpful and friendly and the music that was playing at the bar

Hmmm, there are a few things that were really bad in the hotel. First of all, it was very annoying to find the housekeeping staff knocking on you room door to clean the room when its still 7 or 8 in the morning!!!!!! They did it several times in the same day so the next day I started hanging the dnd card on the door... Next was at breakfast, each time I ask the staff any question about the food, they always turn up knowing nothing and have to go ask the chef, although my questions were pretty simple like what type of meat is that? Or what's the difference between this and that. Not to mention that the label tags were always not in their correct places especially at the juice and salad corner!!!! Finally, every single morning of my stay at the breakfast in the cereal corner, I always find somekind of insect flying around the honey flavoured cereal and no one even bothers to cover it with at least the tranparent cling film...

Hotel is 8 min walk from the subway. It is new, in a business like area (currently under construction). There is nothing actually to do around the hotel, and almost barren. Good service. Reception pretty decent (very business and modern). Rooms also nice and clean.

Minibar staff barged their way into my room (and the other 2 rooms of our friends) on the day of check out before 10h00 and before I had even checked out. Unacceptable.

Beautifull room, clean and useful. Helpfull staff and polite. Excellent breakfast.

Slow internet acces

We stayed in a junior suite, very quiet. Helpful staff especially Christina B who could not have been more helpful to us. Hotel is about at least half an hour travel from Munich centre if you are looking to get away somewhere quiet. We did not have breakfast here as it was not good value on a previous visit.

Carpet needed a good steam clean in the junior suite.

The receptionist Christina Beiur was the most helpful person we have ever come across in customer service. We didn't have breakfast here this time as on a previous visit we thought it not good value. Good to be out of Munich centre, 6 stops on the train, then a Bus 50 (runs every 10 minutes) close to hotel. English Garden makes a pleasant walk. A supermarket around the block provides all your needs. A good quiet hotel even though a business hotel.

Carpets in the junior suites could have had a good steam clean.

A wonderful surprise, very modern room and facilities. Breakfast was not anything special compared with other hotels in Germany. If travelling by train from Munich main station, travel 2 stops to Marienplatz, change train for about 6 stops to Alte Heidi, walk a long 10 minutes to hotel or catch bus to hotel. The airport bus makes a stop at Schwabbing Nord station which is one stop only to Alte Heidi. A big supermarket is located around the corner. The junior suite is great for comfort and space.

This hotel was outstanding. Two televisions, two toilets and absolute comfort. It was quite a long walk to get to the old part of the town. About 40 minutes, but public transport is available nearby. The room we had was enormous. We didn't eat at the hotel but breakfast I know was quiet expensive. I suppose they have to get some money back somehow as the rooms a very reasonably priced. One of the best hotels we have stayed in on our Europe trip.i

One of the girls on the front desk had no clue about where anything was. We asked how far it was to Dachau (the concentration camp) and she had no idea what I was referring to!!! How could that be?

Design !!! kostenfreie Parkflächen am Hotel am Wochenende, da Randlage, dafür kann man NICHT in die Stadt laufen.

Personal spricht gebrochen deutsch, bemüht sich zwar, aber ein Hotel in dieser Klasse braucht auch mehr Klasse beim Personal ! Sorry..... Umsicht, Freundlichkeit, Ausstrahlung, Spirit haben gefehlt. Frühstück waren im Preis nicht dabei, dafür eigentlich zu teuer!!! (Bäcker oder Kaffee NICHT in der Nähe!)

Ruhiges Zimmer, großes Bad.

Minimale Bestückung der Minibar in der Junior-Suite, ist eher unwürdig für den Preis. Fernseher ohne Videotext. Mickrige Ausstatung mit Zutaten für eine Kaffeezubereitung.

Ruhige Lage.

Vollkommen überzogener Preis. Dies ist ein klarer Grund nicht wieder zur bauma zu reisen.

Zum Frühstück gasb es Eier aus Käfighaltung. Pfui.

habe ein zimmer zuviel gebucht! war eindeutig mein fehler. wollte das 2 minuten später korrigieren! war nicht möglich was ich absolut peindlich finde.weder von booking.com noch vom hotel. das hotel wollte mir dann vor ort 10 % retour geben anstelle des zimmers !! den fehler werde ich nicht mehr machen! mit ihnen
