Perfectly situated for old town and castle (we went for the Christmas markets). Excellent breakfast. Staff were friendly and helpful at all times and the hotel was extremely clean. Would definitely stay there again if we return to Heidelberg. |

Very very pleasant and really helpful staff, very very clean hotel, nice,good breakfast,and very convenient location right at the beginning of Haupt strasse.I was pleasantly surprised, that due to my urgent leave they fully paid me my money back, taking into consideration my circumstances. single rooms are small.but,very convenient and clean for a short stay. |

Location to shopping, resturants and site-seeing. Very clean comfortable rooms, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Good morning breakfast. No elevator and online it stated free parking, when infact we had to pay $17.00 Euro per night to park. |

I loved the location. Just walk out the front door and it is all there. The staff were very efficient and friendly. Breakfast was more than adequate and the room was really nice and spotlessly clean. For me, I thought it was a little expensive and the furnishings were overdone but certainly not distasteful in any way. |

Explored surrounding area including, Castle,shops, bars, river walk, used trains and trams. The hotal was both very comfortable and centally located. Good hearty breakfast would highly recommend Phil Cowing |

The hotel is so close to the shopping road and just next to Bismarcplatz where you can take buses & trams. The back room facing the garden is very quiet. Breakfast is excellent. Free wifi. |

Convenience for Heidelberg old town and shops. B&B only which is exactly what we wanted. Breakfasts are good. Hotel is well fitted out to a high standard of decor and is very clean and well maintained. |

Very nice stay and I plan to return again. The hotel has a perfect location for visiting the old city center, but is also very close to a major square that is a major hub for the local public transportation services. For me the free wi-fi was also a major factor as I was there for business. |

Spacious bedroom, clean and well-furnished. Good bathroom. Efficient air conditioning - necessary in the very hot weather we enjoyed. Helpful and polite reception staff. Inefficient dining room staff. Good selection of food but dishes were not replenished in time. Tepid herbal tea because urn was switched off. Disappointing after excellent first visit. |

The hotel is at a great location at the beginning of the Hauptstrasse. The breakfast was excellent in both the quality and the quantity of items. The staff was very helpful. Parking is steep at eur 18 per night, but the rate is justified due to the limited number of spaces and the fact that the hotel staff have to park the cars themselves to allow everyone to be accommodated. The room was a bit cramped for 2 adults and a baby. |

The breakfasts were fantastic, by far the best of five hotels used on this trip. Location good in pedestrianised part of old town. Clever use made of limited space to provide parking and attractive communal areas. Not all areas of the hotel are served by a lift. |

Charming, friendly, smiling staff. Superb modern room in latest hotel renovation, first-class sound insulation, comfortable, top quality fittings, chunky satisfyingly-closing doors, free quick wifi internet connection, great breakfast. Lovely flowers everywhere and everything absolutely spotlessly clean. Never seen such good grouting in a bathroom!! One of the best (and most unusually decorated) hotels we have ever stayed at. Do not miss this hotel. Not at more exciting end of main street and no view to speak of - but this was not a problem for us. |
