Good location; spacious, comfortable room; free parking. Breakfast (included in the room price) was excellent- Good value for the money The shower is peculiar to say the least. Some kind of operating instructions for this high-tech monstrosity would be appreciated.

The hotel staff was very friendly! Also the free drink and coffee service is so nice. Location was right in front of the Christmas market which was really good!!

Free water, coffee, sweets anytime. Lifts to floors, despite being a fairly small hotel. Close to Coburg market square and shops. Comprehensive hot or cold breakfast. Very nice intimate bar area. English speaking. Shower hot water did not work. Was not offered a discount because of this, despite having to endure a cold shower everytime I used it. When I told the receptionist, she just shrugged her shoulders!!!!!!!

The staff was very helpful and conscientious. We had a large corner bedroom. There was a latte machine in the breakfast dining room. Good breakfast. Location good for old town. Parking is difficult. The hotel parking is very close to the hotel, but very limited and tight. My husband had to climb over to the passenger door in order to get out.

Отель расположен в самом центре города. Отличный завтрак, просторный номер. Высокая стоимость проживания. Сильная слышимость из соседних номеров и коридора, плюс попались шумные русские соседи. Парковка в отеле всего на 20 автомобилей была полностью занята, пришлось парковаться на крытой городской стоянке в 10-15 минут пешком.

Uns hat gefallen, dass das Hotel sehr zentral lag. Rührei, Spiegelei oder Pfannkuchen wurden immer frisch zubereitet. Das Hotel ist sehr abgewohnt, hätte dringend eine Renovierung nötig. Die Dusche war voller Schimmel, ebenso an den Glasbausteinen im Badezimmer.Die Toilettenschüssel hätte mal eine Grundreinigung nötig. Da wir ein Zimmer unter der Küche hatten, war immer wieder mal Küchengeruch im Zimmer, oder auch Zigarettendunst, wenn die Angestellten Zigarettenpause gemacht haben. Die Wursttürme auf dem Frühstücksbuffet waren nicht sehr appetitlich.

Die zentrale Lage des Hotels ist besonders vorteilhaft um die Stadt zu erkunden.Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig, sauber und modern ausgestattet .Das Frühstück ist abwechslungsreich auch Sonderwünsche werden erfüllt.Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und gibt Auskunft zur Stadt und den Sehenswürdigkeiten.Die Bereitstellung von kostenlosen Getränken(Kaffee, Tee,u.a.) und Obst ist ein besonderer Service.Auch der kleine Hund wurde positiv empfangen.Der Parkplatz hinter dem Hotel wurde gern genutzt da die Stadt vom Hotel aus gut zu Fuß erkundet werden kann.

sehr geräumige, neu renovierte Zimmer. Nettes Frühstücksbuffet (für ein kleines Hotel). Kostenlose Getränke (Wasser, Kaffe) und Obst in der Reception, freies WLAN, zusätzlicher Internet-PC in der Reception Lesen im Zimmer ist unbequem, die sehr vornehm ausschauenden Sessel machen Nackenschmerzen, im Bett kann man zum Lesen nicht sitzen (fernsehen geht auch nicht, wenn man wollte, da der FS in der "falschen" Richtung steht)

Das Frühstücksbuffet und das man sich an der Rezeption mit Obst und Wasser bedienen konnte. Das Zimmer war sehr groß In der Bar gab es keine Getränkekarte. Das war schwierig bei der Auswahl der Getränke, um auch die Preise vergleichen zu können.

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut. 3 Minuten bis zum historischen Marktplatz. Der Ausblick aus den Zimmern ist sehr schlecht. -Hinterhof- Beide Aufzüge sind sehr eng. Zwei Personen mit Gepäck müssen sich hineinzwängen.
