The pleasant atmosphere of the hotel and the belle view from the restaurant at breakfast. The tab for the shower didn't work but I used the bath and it was fine. |

We were happy with our choice. The hotel's rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable and the location was just right for us since we only spent about 24 hours in this beautiful city. |

Very friendly and welcoming staff. Wonderful service at breakfast, lovely view from the balcony. Overall a very nice stay and a place to return. Would have loved the German whole grain breads and buns for breakfast |

superb hotel right in the middle of the old town. Staff are excellent and the views from room and breakfast room are wonderful.Car Park is available near by. Wished we had booked to stay for longer. |

We were given two rooms side by side at the end of a hallway - perfect for us. Everything was clean and well maintained. Can't say enough about the view from the rooms we had and from the breakfast room, but surely most rooms can't be at the back of the hotel overlooking the valley. Staff was friendly and helpful, no complaints. |

Breakfast was fantastic, the rooms are beautiful and comfortable, the view are unbeatable. Location is great. The staff treated us like special guests. Gave us a brief tour of their beautiful, historic hotel and recommendations for our days.We wanted to spend our entire vacation at this gem. |

The staff was very friendly, the hotel very clean, very nice breakfast, rooms were spacious, accomodations very adequate. We traveled with our son and his family and the family rooms were very spacious and well furnished for children, especially the bathrooms with separate washing areas. It was an older hotel but what you expect when you are visiting a very old city. Would definitely return. |

We were made to feel very welcome by our host, he helped carry our luggage to the room, insured a message was given to another guest and even gave us a bottle of wine when we left. The hotel public areas were simply gorgeous! The breakfast was delicious and served in the most extraordinary dining area. Our room was lovely with a spectacular panoramic view of the country side. The only criticism was the floor plan of the room....specifically, the commode room door was right next to the bed. It did not provide for much bathroom privacy. The only other negative was we couldn't stay longer! |

Wonderful staff; go out of their way to be helpful. Beautiful hotel, looks like it should cost much more than it did. Great breakfast, with scrambled/fried eggs available (everything else was the usual german breakfast fare, but with a wide variety) Centrally located great view; very quiet and clean. |
