Kamer en badkamer met veel daglicht. Mooie ligging.

De ligging is midden in het centrum en het waren zéér ruime kamers. Het terras bij het hotel alleen al was de moeite waard.

We received a very warm welcome upon arrival and were given a coffee which was welcome after our journey. Paolo even offered to collect our cases from the car which was parked 5 minutes walk away, service indeed! The room was spacious, clean and warm, excellent bathroom with powerful shower and a good breakfast the following day. The hotel itself is in a pedestrian area in a central location with everything close to hand.

The staff were polite and incredibly helpful. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. We ate in the restaurant each night and had a excellent meal and service each time. We were lucky enought o get a room with a balcony which even though it was snowing was a excellent addition :)

Excellent location, right in the center of Baden-Baden. The apartment for 3 is very good value for the price you pay and it has a lovely feeling to it. The hotel restaurant is also very good.

You can hear some noise from the outside aircon unit from the kitchen downstairs but you get used to it.

The atmosphere was fun and perfect for what we hoped to find in Germany - charming with great beer and food. The staff was extremely helpful - they made us feel welcome.

Internet was a problem - it wasn't free and it was weak or nonexistent.

Brilliant location and very friendly and welcoming staff. The restaurant is also very nice for a traditional German dinner. We would come again.

Beautifully decorated for Christmas. Food great every time we eat here and fabulous location to walk to the spa in 5 minutes and also drop right into he shopping area. Love his place.

Staff, the amazing christmas decorations and the food/beer. If you want to feel like it is christmas, visit this place. great location to visit the thermal baths and christmas markets as well. Rooms are a decent size as well and nice to have a reasonable size bathroom Again - the christmas decorations are the best I have seen at a hotel and restaurants/food amazing. You must go

Could have done with more light in our room but that may have been only relative to the room we occupied

It has a very central location which was excellent for the Caracalla Spa, shopping and eating out. The apartment for 3 we rented was quiet, convenient and worked well with its separate door between sofa bed for son and parent bedroom. Staff were cheerful and tried to help book yoga classes on two occasions. Bathroom a good size with everything working well. Breakfast, which was taken across the road at a cafe, was appetising with a range of cereals, cooked meats, cheese, and fruit. It was served by a very welcoming and attentive lady.

Kitchen was compact with not quite enough range of crockery and cooking equipment. It was manageable for a short stay but would have been challenging for a longer one.

Everybody connected with the hotel from the owner to the cleaning ladies were always helpful and friendly.

This is a charming hotel! We had the room with the terrace overlooking the beer garden and it was lovely. The staff were excellent, very friendly and quite helpful. The manager even had a breakfast packed and delivered to our rooms the night before we checked out because he knew that we wanted to check out very early the next day. The restaurant and beer garden offer wonderful food and a great atmosphere. The hotel is conveniently located to most everything in the zentrum (including bus stops) and is only a short walk from the baths.

The hotel is located immediately at the center of downtown. The hotel restraunt is very traditional. Beer was good.

The room was spotless and nicely decorated. The staff was very helpful. The restaurant and bier garten is beautiful. I would recommend this hotel and stay here again. Very central location.

If you require an internet connection it is not strong.
