Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

Good value for money! I booked the room a month before and the price was very low for what we got. The metro station is also pretty close. This part of the city does not seem very nice at night, it seems a little dangerous even though it is not. The reception staff asked for a guarantee of 50 Euros because I didn't have a credit card (and the nearest ATM was 10 minutes away!) |

The location was good and although the time to the center was 20 minutes it was ok. The hotel was clean and the staff helpful and seaking some form of English We had a double room that was in fact a single with a suplimentary bad that was not very comfortable |

I like it's location, it is very near the tram station that will take you directly to the main train station of Frankfurt. The price is really worth it. If I was travelling with someone else, I could have saved on the price of the room even further. |

Wonderful value, clean room with plenty of space including a mini kitchen! Large desk with chair and roll-out table, couch, coffee table, second chair. Wi-Fi service and garage parking available for a fee. Free street parking available. Passable breakfast. Intend to return on subsequent visits. Handicapped entry non existent. Nearby line was distracting when window was open. |

Efficient hotel staff, clean room, underground station nearby. Ironing only possible in basement; cannot get iron to use in room. But at this price, a very minor issue. |

it was close to the underground and only 2 stops from centre of frankfurt. ticket cost £7.90 for 2 days. the room was large with a kitchenette and large 2-man shower. hotel staff were freindly. there was an italian restaurant on site which was tasy if not a lottle expensive. rooms, were quite warm, no air con or fan. the room had a window but once opened you could hear traffic and train noise. the pillows were virtually non existant! |

Exceptional friendliness and helpfulness of the staff in reception putting me at ease. They were also very courteous and gave good advice about a town I was unfamiliar with. Good hotel situation for visiting Frankfurt. Not a big deal, but the room had no air conditioning and so in August I believe a fan would have been useful.( But I never asked for one...just thought of it) |

After travelling in the Middle East for 3 weeks, it was a clean haven of comfort and relaxation. It was far cleaner and nicer than the hotels I stayed at in San Francisco. |

not far from the city center (30 min walking distance) moreover well communicated (direct tram lines, east rail station nearby), well equipped, nice and helpful staff, very clean, perfect for business and sightseeing visits There is no air conditioning and it’s very hot inside, especially in summer, therefore it’s impossible to sleep with window closed. However, open window is not a solution since nearby rail station causes a lot of noise and keeps you up. |

As the room was too warm, the personal at the reception proposed us either to change the room or to give us a fan. Fortunatly we could get the fan... The heat is a true problem, espacially in summer. There is no air condiationner and no fan. There is a kind of machine which blows hairs from outside but it is really not enough in summer. We needed to ask to the reception a fan to get one. They had 3 fans only in their stock. Also in summer, there were many mosquitos which came when the window was opened. Also the window was too small so we couldn't have the fresh air from outside. I hope they will add air conditionners or fans to all their rooms because in summer it is better to avoid if you can't stand the heat and/or mosquitos. |

The double room had a small kitchenette, a huge shower--big enough for two, lots of space. Clean, friendly staff and very cheap for Frankfurt. The U-bahn stop is right around the corner. No air conditioning. It was very warm--in early April. I could not imagine staying here in the summer. At the very least they need to install ceiling fans. |

The room was very large and the Bed was very comfortable it was also rather clean and the kitchenette handy. I didn't like the fact that the room advertised that it had a Bath and didn't. It also smelled like smoke. Even worse when one specifically requests a no smoking room/floor. |

I booked this hotel for when we went to the Frankfurt Christmas Markets. I had no idea of where it was in relation to the markets or anywhere, but it was reasonably priced & said it was only 2k from the centre. In fact when we arrived we went to an information stall & they told us we were only 11 tram stops from the centre. & while on the during to the hotel, we past the Markets. Very conveinent The only thing that could have been better, and has been already noted on the site, was that the pillows were extremely thin, which we could live with. Everything else was spot on. |
