Golden Leaf Hotel & Residence Frankfurt  

The hotel is situated in a nice enough area of the city, with both Tram & U-Bahn links less than 3 minutes walk away. The staff were always friendly and helpful, and the room was comfortable. Notably, the mini cooking area saved on the cost of eating out some evenings, as we were able to prepare our own meals, using supplies from the nearby supermarkets.

Great offer I had with this hotel. Very pleasant with our stay there, very good hotel. Enjoyed a lot.

Mini bar is very reasonably priced.

Sometimes the coffee machine would be empty or no cups.

Excellent room and reception area. Very comfortable to stay in and close to the underground. Would definitely recommend the place.

The restaurant isn't great and the staff there seemed like they were on the verge of fighting each other at one point.

Secure parking and clean, comfortable spacious room. East access to autobahn and airport. Excellent value - met all expectations!

Nice Appartment, free good wifi and free parkig on the street, all the basic facilities were provided.

location is a little far from the subway station, about 5 minutes by foot.

The hotel was clean and comfortable, with a rather large and functional room and bathroom. Very near both tram and S-bahn stop. Unlike what it says on the hotel's page, wi-fi is available in the rooms free of charge. Excellent value for money.

A bit far from the city center. There was a lingering smell in the hallway (sometimes in the room) from people cooking food in their rooms.

Staff are nice and helpful. Rooms are quite clean, got mini kitchen in the room which is very good and convenient.

The choice of breakfast is too limited, would have been wonderful if there were more options on breakfast buffet.

Hotel is not so far from center by tram or metro. Room was clean and big enough. I was pleasantly surprised that instead of 1 cabinet was small kitchen.

Breakfast was very poor, except egs without any warm meal. Also on our floor was strange odor.

Golden Leaf is perfectly located near the city transport lines. Friendly and helpful staff. Very quiet and clean residenses for all kind of visitors. Budget-friendly as well. I reccomend it gladly.

The staff was extremely rude. I asked them to send them to the room to explain how the kitchen works as I am from India and did not understand a few thing. Nobody bothered to come. The room service phone number was not working. There was no sticker on the phone set that stated who and how to call. I requested for a plug socket but they did not bother at all. Worst experience. Staff was rude!

It was much better than I expected, the wifi was free and reliable (others had complained previously that it was expensive). The staff were helpful, the room clean and pretty and the location easy by tram or subway. There is a cafe and a baker just across the road for breakfast and a great Italian restaurant 5 minutes walk down the street.

there wasnt a double bed (queen or king size), only two beds that they put together.

The room was very comfortable and having the little kitchenette was very handy. There is a great supermarket just around the corner. We were able to walk into the city or the metro is very close.

Hotel is very clean and well furnished. Position is quite good, close to the Osbanhof Metro Station which connect you straight to the city center in few minutes.
