The hotel room was kept clean. The hotel is not as nice as the website images depict it to be. The room was not that big and we ate lunch in the restuarant and were not very impressed. |

Room was comfortable Breakfast dishes were too small. Had to ask for a lot of stuff e.g. shaving kit & iron from reception. |

Great Location.Staff most helpful. Apartment was very comfortable and clean with plenty of towels and linen. Micorwave would be a help in kitchen. Would definately recommend. |

Cleanliness of Room, Bar area was nicely decorated, Breakfast was well presented small rooms. Reception inability to recommend good restaurants in the area |

Die zentrale Lage, allerbeste Verbindung zum öffentlichen Verkehr, das grosse und sehr ruhige Zimmer, die relativ ruhige Lage in einer Seitenstrasse mit Bäumen... Beim einzigen Mal in dem wir im Hotel gegessen haben war die Auslage am offenen Buffet gar nicht mehr appetitlich: der Salat war nicht mehr frisch, die warmen Mahlzeiten pappig und lauwarm bis kalt...gar nicht zu empfehlen. |

Centralidade do hotel, Disponibilidade dos funcionários, Decoração. Como nesta data estava frio em Berlim, tivemos que sair do apartamento (que se recomenda) pelo facto do predio redidencial onde se situa já não ter o aquecimento ligado. |

Meget sentralt i forhold til bybuss, elvebåt, shopping og museer. Gode spasermuligheter langs elven og i Tiergarten. Håndkleholderen på badet var løs. Hos min reisefelle falt den av. |

redelijk centraal gelegen personeel was ongeinteresseerd, vooraf gereserveerde parkeerplaats bleek niet te reserveren geweest te zijn (vol is vol; gelukkig was er nog een plek); prijs/kwaliteit ontbijtbuffet was matige voldoende. Kamer was niet helemaal goed schoongemaakt en wat krap. |

De hoofdkussens zijn zeeeeeer slecht!! Erg plat. Als je er 3 op elkaar stapelt is het nog te plat (alsof het leeglopende luchtzakken zijn!) Ze konden zelfs na inspanning met een creatieve oplossing komen, slechte zaak!! Ik had een 2p kamer geboekt omdat die over het algemeen veel ruimer zijn dan een 1p kamer. Maar zelfs de 2p kamer was erg klein |
