The location of the hotel is perfect: close to the Dom and purchase street. Only the room did not have the toilet together. |

The hotel is situated in the very center of the city. Rooms are clean, television and sink are in the room, toilet and shower are shared and very clean. Breakfast was delicious. |

It was plesent to be so close to the heart of Cologne: In spite of being in the heart, the night was very calm, no disturbances. I would appriciated own wc and shower. |

Extremely convenient as it is a very short walk from the train station and the Cathedral. Great that there was a breakfast included. The trade off for location was the noise from how busy it was. It was a warm summer day so we had to decide between a stuff room with the widows closed or the noise with the windows open at night. It really wasn't that bad since we were out in the town most of the day but the road is still busy at night. |

The staff were helpful and friendly, particularly the gentleman who was on reception for the majority of the time spent there. The location was brilliant, a 2 minute walk from the cathedral. |

I chose this hotel especially because it accepted pets and it was one of the few which confirmed this when I called them (others from booking.com that claimed they accepted cats told me they actually did not when I called them). I liked the proximity to the Railway Station, to the Dom and the shopping area, the breakfast and friendliness of the staff. They blocked all the amount I had to pay for my stay in my account and it created some difficulties and an unpleasant situation for me as I had a very limitted budget and could not pay the whole amount with cash but not with the blocked money either. In the end I sorted this out with the boss there. So take this into consideration when booking. |

Breakfast was really delicious. Absolutely brilliant location for the Dom (of course!) and also the Rhein, main shopping street and old town. Somehow hadn't realised that the rooms weren't en suite, but the shower and bathroom facilities were absolutely spotless and the shower was wonderfully powerful!! The beds were quite small and not that comfortable - but then I'm 6'1 so it's hard to find any bed long enough! |

Close to the city centre. This hotel stinks tobacco in all places. The concierge is smoking and all goes through the rooms. A night mare for a non smoker. |

Het personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam; het hotel was schoon; de ligging is dichtbij het centrum. Geen wasgelegenheid, noch toilet op kamer, dit wordt niet duidelijk vermeld in de beschrijving van dit hotel. Slechte verlichting in de kamer; afstandsbediening tv werkte niet; zeer slechte matrassen, de spiraalveren staken er doorheen! De dekbedden waren te koud, kussens te dun. Buiten is er druk verkeer en in het week-end wordt de weg onder het hotel een busterminal met tot 's avonds laat komende en gaande bussen. De ontbijtruimte is te klein met slechts zeven 2-persoons tafels. |

Zentrale Lage des Hotels ist genial. Sehr freundliches und höfliches Personal. Sauberkeit der Bäder, Toiletten und Zimmer waren sehr gut. Beim Frühstück mussten wir etwas warten, bis ein Platz frei wurde. Im Zimmer waren zu wenig Haken, um schnell mal Kleider aufzuhängen. In den Duschen für Herren fehlten alle Haken, so dass man nicht wusste, wo Kleider und Handtuch untergebracht werden können. Der Zigarettenrauch im ganzen Hotel war unangenehm. |
