Perfect location, easy to find when just arrived by train - it is situated just around the corner from main railway station. And close by the Dom. Unbelievably clean - how do they manage? Quiet.

Note that the hotel "checks" the credit card by blocking the amount of reservation (not taking the money), but on arrival they do not take the already blocked money but another - resulted in the same amount paid and blocked throughout the time I spent in Cologne. The sum was released only after a week and a letter to the hotel administration. If on tight budget this can be alarming. Other hotels can take the already blocked money, no problem, why this one doesnot? Actually this practice spoiled my trip, not much fun in a city with almost no money.

It was easy to find and so close to the train station, that gives you some mobility adventages and also, the Alstadt is very close, the Dom.. you can just walk and it wont take long! Awesome hotel, i would stay there again if i need to!

Very close to central station and the dome. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast... Very good value for your money.

The location of the hotel is perfect: close to the Dom and purchase street.

Only the room did not have the toilet together.

It was plesent to be so close to the heart of Cologne: In spite of being in the heart, the night was very calm, no disturbances.

I would appriciated own wc and shower.

Closeness to Koln HBF and the Cathedral. Also the friendliness of the Staff

The toilets, which were shared on the stage were very clean.

The cleanness of the floor of the room.

The staff were helpful and friendly, particularly the gentleman who was on reception for the majority of the time spent there. The location was brilliant, a 2 minute walk from the cathedral.

Die Zimmer waren sehr schlicht ausgetsattet, die Bettwäsche war defekt, das warme Wasser aus dem Hahn rostig und das Frühstück einfallslos. Ich habe nicht mit Luxus gerechnet, aber der Preis stand absolut nicht im Verhältnis zur Leistung. Außerdem hatten wir ein Zimmer zur Hauptverkehrsstraße, so dass es auch Nachts sehr laut war und man nicht bei geöffnetem Fentser schlafen kontne. Das Personal war sehr nett und freundlich und auch die Sauberkeit der Zimmer und Sanitäranlagen waren gut.
