Not my room we booked two superior rooms and they only had one the other was a single room with a put you up bed we were so disappointed and the put you up bed was so uncomfortable and it meant we did not sleep together if we had known before we would have tried another hotel this was a treat for my Mum & Dads Anniversary so you can imagine how we felt when they said they only had one nice room available We will not be using your sight again this is not the first time this has happened to us |

Late recepetion is good, the transfer to the airport is well explained. Rooms are clean and practical There's free parking on booking.com there was a surcharge of 5 Euro for "park-drive" which was not necessary. |

Luxurious feel, friendly staff, incredible buffet breakfasts and excellent dinners. The exercise room was a bonus, and the spa area clean and inviting. There were little notes of daily specials at the spa and elsewhere, but written in German only, no English. |

The hotel delivered almost exactly what it promised. We stayed at the half-board rate and enjoyed dinner although the menu choices were not extensive. The basic rooms are small but very comfortable, and the staff is very efficient. The only food choice in the Winkeller is a fondue with 24 hour advance notice and that is not what was advertised as a dining option. Apparently they cannot serve food if they want to allow smoking. At full price there are probably options that afford more value for money in the area. |

They do an excellent breakfast. Although the hotel is right in the centre of the town, it is very quiet. The hotel was a bit too big and impersonal for our taste |

Location was good. Staff was very kind. Room was clean. Everything was excellent except one thing. No doorman. We need to move all our luggage by ourselves. We also have to wait taxi to be arrived outside of the front desk. |

Auch wenn die Ausstattung und der Zimmerservice in jeder Hinsicht dem Standard eines 4 Sterne Hotels entspricht, kann das Personal diesen, mit leider nur sehr wenigen Ausnahmen, nicht erfüllen. Das „Stamm-Personal“ wirkte oft überlastet, unproffesionell und teils gar „arrogant“. Auch scheint das Hotel leider nicht in der Lage zu sein die zahlreichen Auszubildenden zu führen. Ich bin ein starker Verfechter die Jugend zu fördern und Ausbildungsplätze zu stellen; allerdings nicht zu Lasten der bezahlt und angepriesenen Qualität. Der Aufenthalt war somit sehr enttäuschend. |
