Good size room with balcony. Restaurant (garden) is excellent. The early check-in was not welcomed! The room was not really ready (no pillow covers) - Internet is not free (Euro 4.95/hr via Deutsche Telekom). Why a 4star spa hotel with mostly retired people does not have free Wi-Fi is beyond me ...

It is part of an overall Spa and Therma complex. Very well-served and lot of possible out-doors activities. Restaurant is excellent and quite at good price. More tourist info in English would be very helpful.

Sehr gut gefallen hat mir die Nähe zur Thermenanlage, die man bequem im Bademantel und überdacht in 50 Metern Entfernung erreichen kann. Wenig gefällt mir der 80er-Jahre-Stil mit viel Teppichböden und dunklem Holz.

großes Zimmer mit Balkon und fantastischen Ausblick; Sehr guter Service beim Einchecken und im Restaurant; Gutes Frühstück; Das Hotel hat das Potential,nach einer umfassenden Modernisierung/Renovierung, eines der besten Hotels dieser Region zu werden. unverschämter Service beim Check-Out (so etwas ist mir als Vielreisender / 3-4 Hotelübernachtungen in der Woche) noch nie passiert. Es ist schade, wenn das positive Gesamtbild über die Mitarbeiter von einer Kollegin zerstört wird. Zimmereinrichtung im 70/80er Jahre Still (aber sauber und gepflegt) winziges Badezimmer

Uns hat die Freundlichkeit des Personals gefallen. Ausserdem der kurze Weg zur Albtherme, der gute Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen vor Ort und auch der Schwäbischen Alb und dem Raum Stuttgart Wir haben uns rundherum wohlgefühlt.

Zimmer und Lage waren sehr gut, Mangelhaft ist der TV-Empfang, Sender wie ARD oder ZDF waren insbesondere abends arg gestoert (zu geringe Empfangsleistung des receivers). Wir wollten mit unserer Enkeltochter in die Therme, mussten allerdings erstmalig am Eingang zur Therme feststellen, dass der Zutritt fuer Kinder bis 6 Jahre nicht gestattet ist. Es waere gut, rechtzeitig darueber informiert zu sein, in der Unterlagen des Hotels war kein Hinweis hierzu.

Die Hotelbeschreibung ist eine Mogelpackung. Es gibt keinen direkten Zugang zur Therme. Das ist ein überdachter Weg, der im Winter mit Bademantel nicht machbar ist. Der Kaffee am Morgen war eine einzige Katastrophe, das Frühstücksbuffet sah abgestanden aus und war deswegen nicht besonders einladend.Das Restaurant besticht durch unverschämte Preise (Bsp. "Strammer Max" für 12,50 € !!!) Eine eigentlich vorgesehene Verlängerung haben wir aus diesen Gründen nicht vorgenommen.

Реально классный спа в 50 метрах. Хороший парк на территории. В целом очень приятное место. А если еще учесть что рядом Метзинген с его аутлетами- просто классный отель... С утра в 3 градуса в бассейн + 30- чума! Номер spa-garden большой и уютный. Ресторан- очень вкусная еда. Порции большие.

Gutes Restaurant mit guten Preisen, freundlicher hilfreicher Service, WIFI frei. Angenehme Zimmer Mich persönlich macht die Kur-Atmosphäre außenherum immer etwas depressiv. Zu Fuß sind es 20 min. ins Zentrum, aber das weiß man ja, wenn man reserviert.

Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Bijzondere keuken met veel produkten uit de omgeving. comfortabele ruime kamer. Overdag goede busverbinding met het nabije stadje, helaas in de avond geen openbaar vervoer.
