Lovely old building from the outside. Smart and modern on the inside. Street parking overnight just outside is free from 8pm to 9am unless the following day is market day.

Nice breakfast, comfortable and pretty. Liked the square plates. Location good for seeing Konstanz and convenient for the station and for the buses.

Wifi was not free.

Close to city centre.

No Parking at hotel, which is difficult with a lot of suitcases. Room advertised as suitable for family of 5 but extra bed makes room too uncomfortable. Too expensive for what you get.

Great location close to the main sights + shops, a short walk to the lake and Sealife. Very helpful staff and excellent buffet breakfast.

Car parking close-by was a touch pricey at €2 an hour but Hotel itself was great.

Very good hotel. Central location for the old town and lake. Good restaurant. Staff very helpful. I would stay at this hotel again on future business.

No complaints

Location was good for us as we were moving to another konstanz hotel the next day to start a cycling tour. The next hotel was just around the corner. Room was excellent and the breakfast was great!

The location was good. It is a nice european-style hotel with a modern-looking lobby/restaurant and clean, basic room. It is on a busy street but the noise did not bother us or children. Parking seems to be tough generally in the city but once you are in a lot, it is easy to walk to where you want to go. Generous breakfast included.

We did not know we had to book an extra cot and pillows in advance so had to make-do without. It was not a big deal, but they did not even have an extra pillow and had to pull one off a couch.

The hotel was beautiful and the room was tidy and roomy. The location couldn't have been better as we were new visitors to Konstanz and were easily able to walk all over the city.

The hotel staff had limited use of English which we didn't expect after visiting other places in Germany. It was fine and it didn't diminish our stay.

The breakfast was good, and the localization is great , in the middle of the old Konstanz (6 minutes by feet from the central station). New and fancy lift.

no wifi, work in progress in some stairs. even if I did not used it, I've noticed that the TV was undersized (10-12 inches. max..) and not visible from the bed in my room.

Sehr nette Mitarbeiter und ein klasse Frühstück. Die Zimmer waren einfach, aber sehr sauber und zum wohlfühlen. Sehr schönes Badezimmer. Die Lage ist sehr gut, mitten in der Altstadt, zwar neben einer Hauptstrasse, von der man aber nicht viel mitbekommt. Wenige Gehminuten zum Bodensee.

Wir hatten ein Vierbettzimmer gebucht. Was wir vorfanden war ein kleines Doppelzimmer mit einer kleinen Ausziehcouch. Kleines Bad: mit 2 Handtüchern für 4 Personen. Keine Ablagemöglichkeiten. Keine Nachtischlampe. Absolut nicht zu empfehlen. Es war eine absolute Frechheit dieses Zimmer als Vierbettzimmer zu verkaufen. Hotelpersonal unfreundlich. Kein entgegenkommen. Kein anderes Zimmer verfügbar. Nie wieder Graf Zeppelin.

Vorsicht Vorsicht Vorsicht. Hier werden kleine Doppelzimmer als Vierbettzimmer verkauft!!! Absolut nicht zu empfehlen.

Die Einrichtung des Empfangsbereiches, besonders die Kombination von altem Baustil und Moderne.
