Housed in an originally medieval building, hotel was clean, comfortable and atmospheric, located centrally in the old city a short distance from lake Constance.

An old hotel that has been modernized. The outside of the building has been painted with murals long ago. Very beautiful, you will take lots of pictures of it. Interior lobby and resturarnt keeps antique charm with wood beams and staind glass with pictures of castles and the old city mixed with modern furniture. The breakfast buffet was good. A good place to stay.

Great location close to the main sights + shops, a short walk to the lake and Sealife. Very helpful staff and excellent buffet breakfast.

Car parking close-by was a touch pricey at €2 an hour but Hotel itself was great.

Very good hotel. Central location for the old town and lake. Good restaurant. Staff very helpful. I would stay at this hotel again on future business.

No complaints

The location was good. It is a nice european-style hotel with a modern-looking lobby/restaurant and clean, basic room. It is on a busy street but the noise did not bother us or children. Parking seems to be tough generally in the city but once you are in a lot, it is easy to walk to where you want to go. Generous breakfast included.

We did not know we had to book an extra cot and pillows in advance so had to make-do without. It was not a big deal, but they did not even have an extra pillow and had to pull one off a couch.

The hotel was beautiful and the room was tidy and roomy. The location couldn't have been better as we were new visitors to Konstanz and were easily able to walk all over the city.

The hotel staff had limited use of English which we didn't expect after visiting other places in Germany. It was fine and it didn't diminish our stay.

Not much to say.. neither good nor bad.

Die Zimmer sind etwas " einfach" eingerichtet... Es fällt am bisschen an "flair"

Das moderne, geschmackvoll eingerichtete Zimmer und die gute Lage.

Die Höflichkeit mancher Mitarbeiterinnen gegenüber den Gästen liess leider zu wünschen übrig. Wir fühlten uns insbesondere beim Frühstück eher lästig. Im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels z.B. in Nürnberg und Heidelberg fanden wir das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis eher mittelmässig.
