All children from 6 to 13 years are charged EUR 50.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.
There is no capacity for cots in the room.
Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

Very stylish ambience, spacious rooms, friendly and helpful staff. Direct access to Ostsee Therme= Wellness Spa next door..Excellent - best ever - breakfast buffet!!!!! I booked a manicure which was overpriced ( 50 euro) and one of the worst I have ever had. Facial was great and excellent value for money though! |

The friendly staff, clean, spacious rooms, closeness to the sea, the wonderful adjoining spa and town were all big factors for our family of four to want to be here again next yer. |

This is the new hotel and that means new building, new furniture, new bathroom, etc. The hotel has a good location and offers the seaside view from the major number of rooms. There was a very nice breakfast at the hotel. The staying includes the Ostsee Terma entrance (via indoor passage). The hotel does not especially expect the foreign guests (little information available in English, no proper transfer to\from the hotel). |

Included an direct access to "HolstenTherme" and the beach. Expensive but maybe worth the price. Use the "Raucher Lounge" as the name says and keep the bar smokefree. Hopeless for non-smokers in the bar. |

Breakfast was very good, sesside war very near We booked a Grand Deluxe room to the seside. First we got a De Luxe room witout seaside, after we complain we got a room to the seaside (but the view was not a total view to the sea, like the Grand De Luxe rooms have), so it was an De Luxe room. I booked the room because of the seaview and was very disappointed. |

Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig, die Einrichtung sehr gut. Auch bei schlechtem Wetter kann man sich in dem Haus und Zimmer gut erholen. Am Wochenende, wenn viele Gäste im Haus gebucht sind, ist am Morgen der Frühstücksraum überfüllt. Gäste müssen teilweise auf einen freien Tisch warten. Dadurch, dass das Hotel über keinen eigenen Saunabereich verfügt, müssen die Gäste die Sauna in der angrenzenden Ostsee-Therme nutzen, die am Wochenende und bei schlechtem Wetter gut gefüllt ist. |

die Lage, Anbindung zur Ostseeterme, Service der meisten Mitarbeiter exelent, sehr schöne Cocktailbar super Wellnessbereich, sehr schöner Entspannungsraum mit Meerblick Zu den Stoßzeiten beim Frühstück sind einige Serviceangestellte völlig überfordert. Einige Hotelgäste meinen, dass die Liegen im Entspannungsraum ihr Eigentum sind und somit O H N E Nutzung für mehrere Stunden durch Handtücher blockiert wurden. Bitte alle Hotelgäste mehrmals darauf hinweisen und dieses auch des öffteren kontrolieren. |

Die Lage des Hotels ist bestens. Die Zimmer sind groß und komfortabel. Die Sauna und Wellnessabteilung ist sehr großügig und vom Zimmer aus gut zu erreichen. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig, es fehlte an Nichts. |

Bra läge direkt på stranden med ett mycket bra rum som kanske tom kan betecknas som suite. Frukosten är i särklass och annars är Hotellets personal vänligheten själv. Telefon och internetuppkopplingen är mycket seg. |

Det mesra var bra, Stora härliga rum, närhet till SPA anläggning, strand. Frukosten var mycket bra Bokning till middag fungerade inte bra. Vanligtvis kan man ej reservera bord och tid för middag - Svaret vi fick var att det är bara att komma när det passar. Vi gjorde detta och när vi anlände var det väntetid i mer än 1/2 timma. |
