Restaurant great disappointment. Food below average, and really bad service. Waitress repeatedly forgot to bring what was ordered, and when head waiter was told it didn't help much. We were billed for two glasses of wine we didn't have, and were told that it was impossible to correct in the restaurant, but would be deducted in reception on check-out. Of course this didn't happen as promised, but eventually they found a note from the restaurant and fixed it. Everyone was polite and used the word "sorry" a lot, but for a hotel that sees itself as 5-star, this just isn't good enough. No air condition in the room (a suite) and bad wi-fi didn't help either. This was our second stay in the Hotel GranBelveder, and it will definitely be the last.
