WiFi should be free

The location is pretty much ideal, close to the train station and subway. Because it is located in the Japanese quarter, good noodles are literally around the corner, as is a breakfast from a Japanese bakery across the street. Staff was friendly and professional, both reception and housekeeping.

The room price did not include breakfast or wi-fi, which we found a bit of a joke if you promote yourself as a business hotel. The bathroom was tiny, probably due to the layout of the building.

Elevator did not work everytime.

Comfortable room. Kettle in the room. Walking distance to city center (altstadt). Cordial staff.

My room was near the elevator and could hear the noise. Bathroom very narrow.

Excellent downtown location

Very expensive on this particular date due to a large conference in the city so wasn't very good value

Price was reasonable (75€/room/night) and hotel is pretty nice. Not far from Train Station and city center (about 10 mins walking each). Staff is nice.

It was my second time in this hotel. While in my first time I had a pretty room on 5th floor, this time I was given a quite small room on 4th floor very close to elevator. Acoustic isolation was not good so I could hear noise from elevator and from other unpolite guests. Too much high prices for beverages on vending machine (water 2,20€/0,5lt ... notice that petrol is 1,6€/lt!!)

The location is great as it is near the Altstad and train station.

We were given a room which was unclean and beds looked slept in, however the receptionist was quick to give us another room. If you are a couple going to this hotel be aware that there is no double bed in the room it is two singles pushed together as in most hotels in Germany.

Noise extensive building works in the adjacent building starting very early in the morning.

The staff were excellent and genounly nice ( all except for one :-p) they were very helpful to provide me with places to go, which train to take and so forth. The rooms were big and very spacesious. It is just an opposite of a Japanese bakery which sereves the most delicious pastries . Good if you opt not to have the breakfast in the hotel. Also, it is near Japanese grocery stores and DVD and book stores. The main station just minutes away. Kofhof, Altsad, and C&A are less than 5 minutes away. really for the price we paid I braced myself for a nightmare but it turned out to be a dream.

The location was great - not a long walk from the main attractions. The hotel staff was very helpful, and made every effort to make sure we were comfortable and had a good time in Dusseldorf.

No air conditioning - but the windows are large and open up so we stayed cool that way.
