The room was very clean and the staff were very welcoming. Our flight was really delayed - we should have landed in Dusseldorf airport at 8.30pm but did not get to our hotel until 2.30am! The latest check in time for the hotel was midnight but a quick call to them to explain our situation was no bother for the hotel which knew to expect us late. Yes the only bad point were the pillows! They looked so fluffy and comfy but as soon as you laid your head down, they had no substance and gave no neck support. |

The hotel has wonderful, helpful staffs !!. We booked the hotel at a special, non refundable rate, and unfortunately our journey was hampered with heavy snow, just a few days before Christmas. After a persuading phonecall to ask their kind consideration to give us flexibility on the date, they said yes. We can come within the next 2 days. However, we finally managed to arrive in the same evening after a long drive. Due to the heavy amount of snowfall , our car needed a bit of push to move, and the hotel staff, Marcel, immediately jumped outside the hotel ( even without his coat ) to help pushing the car ! Very nice of him ! |

Modern design, great selection at breakfast, perfect location for walking into the city or to the train station and airport buses, good size room for us to put up a travel cot. |

Very good location, close to the main shopping area and the old town. Very good breakfast and good timings (7:00-11:00). Tea and coffee making facilities in the bedroom. Room (and bathroom) could have been a bit bigger (maybe they have some bigger rooms and we were just unlucky), TV quite poor - only 4 or 5 channels working, there were more but as pay tv basis. |

The staff were really friendly and couldn't have been more helpful. The decor was slightly unusual but we thought it great. Breakfast was excellent and it was good to find a hotel offering it between the hours of 06.30 and 10.30 - great for early risers and late sleepers alike! The location was perfect, close to the main railway station and to the Altstadt. Pretty much everything was within easy walking distance. The only criticsm we would make is that although the rooms were very comfortable, they were pretty small. No room in the shower to turn around without banging elbows against the screen. Apart from that, the city itself is rather a building site at the moment - they are extending the underground system - which made getting around a bit problematic. However, nothing the hotel can do about that. |

there are more 3 star hotel which are a lot better than this one! this hotel is for people, who need just bed and no other facilities! only pay-TV, only porn even on the simple tv-channels, no wi-fi!!! |

It's really a nice hotel: outside and inside is wonderful. The staff was very helpful, I have nothing to complain about. Really a nice stay there, 5 minutes from station and 5 minutes from the centre. I would really recommend and come back there! |

The room was spotless and extremely relaxing. It was wonderful to be able to make a cup of tea. Althogh we did not have time to use the bar and breakfast room, we would next time. |

Very central and good price. It is not right what the website says, no parking place available even if you call to book it. You can hear very easily the other rooms. The warm water is a bit slow :o) |

Good location, 15min walk to Old Town and close to shopping area. Beautiful decor, very clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Would definately stay here again. rooms were a bit warm, a fan was provided in the room and we were able to open the windows which helped. Booked Double bed and got two single beds pushed together. |

This hotel is quaint, modern, hip, excellently located, with friendly staff. The room was very funky with everything we could ask for. It is in a great location withing the Japanese quarter of the city. Only 10 mins walk from the main train station and the shopping area of the city. minuses were that the fridge didn't work(without apology) and the whole hotel was very very hot. There was a fan provided which was a god-send but air-conditioning was necessary. otherwise, it was a very positive experience and i would recommend anyone to stay here. |

Location close to city center First the check in after 15.00 is very inconvenient, you came after a long ride and you have to fool around with your luggage.The room was very small, no air conditioning and no air at all, suffocating place.The fridge was not in use, tv cable has a general problem in the hotel.All I can say is that we left early the next day in the street was better than inside.Doesn't worth more than 20 EUR/night at all. |
