This 5-star hotel has a large rooftop spa and pool with spectacular views of Berlin. In the lively Potsdamer Platz district, 330 yards from the Sony Center, it also offers stylish restaurants and bars with live music. Excellent reception and concierge service. Good location in walking distance of some of the most inteteresting areas of the city. Generally very willing staff. Service in restaurant was rather slow. But it was Easter.

客室は想定どおり良かった。コンシェルジュの対応も良く、チケットの手配、レストランのお勧めとその予約な- ど完璧だった。 廊下などの客室までのプロセスが、物足りない感じがした。コンシェルジュが常時いないのが、ホテルの格付け- からすると、違和感を覚えた。

O Hotet é cómodo e confortável. É também eficiente. Em regra as coisas funcionam bem. Está muito bem localizado e é bastante sossegado. Os quartos são bons e têm tudo o que é necessário.

في بداية الأمر أقمت في سويس اوتيل في كودام ستريت لكن الشارع والفندق في قمة الكابه ممااضطرني للبحث عن فندق آخر فوقع اختياري على جراند حياة بصراحه كل شي بالفندق رائع وفخم والاهم من ذلك الموقع حيوي وفيه حركه نوعا ما ومطاعم تفتح حتى وقت متأخر .. انصح به بشددده ك

Das Essen im zugehörigen Restaurant "VOX" war einfach nur klasse. Super Frühstück. Tolle Bar. Check in erst 17.00Uhr möglich, da Zimmer nicht fertig war. Keine Entschuldigung von Seiten des Hotels. Unmöglich für ein 5 Sterne Haus.

de accomodatie is fantastich het personeel is uiterst vriendelijk en behulpzaam... men voelt zich tijdens het ganse verblijf een VIP. ik ga zeker terug. de housekeeping kan wat bijgeschaafd worden. de producten in de badkamer werden te weinig bijgevuld, tot wij 2 maal ons beklag deden. doch uit mijn ervaring blijkt dat dit in meerdere luxehotels een probleem is... waar blijven die producten toch??

Die Bar war sehr gut besucht,die Band hat sehr gute Musik gespielt.Ein Besuch ist nur zu empfehlen. Hervorragender Service und sehr freundliches Personal.

Zentrale Lage. Gut ausgestattetes geräumiges Zimmer. Mehrere gute Restaurants. Reibungsloser Parkservice. Nachlässiger Room-Service (Servierwagen vom Vorabend stand um 10 h immer noch vor der Zimmertür; keine weiteren leichten Bettdecken vorhanden). Gepflegter, aber sehr kleiner Wellness-Bereich.

Wunderschönes Interieur, Unglaublich zuvorkommendes Personal, eine Freundin wurde leider krank, wir mussten dadurch erst um 17:00 auschecken - ohne Mehrkosten. Zimmer war etwas staubig, einmal wurde ein Putzlappen liegen gelassen. Hatten ein wirklich günstiges Angebot daher halb so wild.
